Il design degli interni di Casa Contenta è a dir poco squisito! L'arredamento contemporaneo di alta gamma con un bagliore di Santa Fe è proprio quello che troverai qui. Questa casa si trova su una grande proprietà recintata con un paesaggio maturo e meraviglioso proprio di fronte al fiume Santa Fe, che è possibile seguire in Plaza. Soffitti Viga e un camino con pavimenti in legno nel soggiorno. Ci sono due grandi patii immersi sotto le splendide piante da ombra nel tranquillo giardino che offre un ambiente perfetto per l'intrattenimento serale d'estate e cene o un giorno d'inverno nevoso mentre si guarda la neve caduta mentre vi immergete nella vostra vasca idromassaggio.

House was very clean, kitchen was well supplied with every cooking item you would need. Walking distance to plaza and Canyon Road. Just make sure you back into carport to make it easier to get out onto Palace Ave. Will definitely stay here again when in town visiting family.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the square, which made exploring the area so convenient. The place itself was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

After many attempts, my spouse and i were finally able to get away to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It was our first visit to Santa Fe, and we could not have been happier with the location of Casa Contenta. The house is decorated with impeccable taste - so many arresting photos and cool artifacts of Native Americans! The ONLY thing lacking from the well-equipped kitchen was a sharp chopping knife. The place was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Initially our plans had included our grown children, and the three bedrooms would have held us all comfortably. Alas, our rescheduled travel dates did not work for them.

Property was perfect for our sisters’ week. Great location for walking. Close to town. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked. Just a couple of things to note - we had ants in the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms. And the property is located on a busy main road on a curve which made it difficult to back out of driveway. But, overall, really enjoyed our stay.

We came to Santa Fe for mother daughter trip of 3 moms and 3 teen daughter. The location was great and was great jumping base for everything we wanted to do. House had everything we needed. With 3 teens WiFi was important and we had great download speeds and no slow down. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Great customer service by Two Casitas.

This was a great property! It is luxuriously decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, and the yard worked out great for our pups. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This house is beautifully laid out and decorated. Lots of little things that make a vacation stay more enjoyable. And it is 2 minutes from Canyon Road restaurants and art galleries and especially close to The Teahouse.

Not our first stay in a Two Casitas property, and will certainly not be our last. We love vacationing in Santa Fe, and a stay with Two Casitas makes choosing a property effortless. My husband and I stayed with our son, daughter and grandchildren July 24-31, 2022. The property exceeded our expectations, was comfortable for our group and had the amenities and location that took it over the top. We enjoyed the hot tub, the proximity to Canyon Road and great restaurants, and the Santa Fe River across the street for our family to explore. It also was a short walk to the Plaza and a park, so the location was perfect for us! Also, great communication from management and a thoughtful welcome gift…thank you!!

The location is great for accessing Canyon Rd. Restaurants and galleries. You can literally see The Tea House from the living room window. Kitchen is small for a group, but functional. There really isn’t an easy place to set up a dining table except the middle of the living room. With just two of us the house was very comfortable and functioned well. I don’t think I would stay there with a large group, unless you plan to eat out and not cook meals in. Beds are comfortable, TVs all worked, plenty of towels, and the hot tub is a nice plus. As it was November and quite cold, we didn’t really use the little yard, but it looked like it would be pleasant in a different season. We found the house lacking a few items (mostly kitchen), which we bought. Two Casitas reimbursed us without hesitation. Be aware that the driveway is on a blind curve, and you must be very careful. Suggest backing in if possible.

The check in process was very easy and the house is comfortable, cute, clean and has everything you would want in a VRBO. Love the Jacuzzi, which was an added bonus. And there are cute tables/chairs outside in an enclosed back yard. Within walking distance to the city square, art galleries and great places to eat. So enjoyed our stay!

Can't wait to return! Not only did we fall in love with Santa Fe, but we also fell in love with this property. From the moment we opened the door, we felt at home. After some exciting, but very long days, we found ourselves wanting to stay in, rather than going out to dinner. We absolutely loved this home and enjoyed every minute. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you so much for making our Mother's Day trip so special.

Casa Contenta served as a conforms table and convenient home base for our explorations. Really loved the location. An easy walk to the Plaza and literally across the river from Canyon Road. Service was extremely efficient, responsive and helpful. Better service than any hotel front desk or concierge

We loved it. Thank you. There were some ants in the bedroom on the west side. I never saw any, however. (My friend did). The driveway is terrifying; nothing you can do about it, given the location. We took to parking on the street!

Perfect Property close to everything
We are so glad we booked Casa Contenta. This house was perfect. We had a group of three ladies on a girls trip for the weekend and it suited us so well. All of us commented on how comfy the bedding was the first morning after our arrival. The house was well stocked with tons of nice towels and toiletries. The hot tub was a plus too!!. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook but why do that when you are only a 5-20 minute walk to any of Santa Fe’s amazing restaurants. It is super close to Canyon Rd and just a short walk to the Plaza. Check out was a breeze- just lock the door and go. We loved our stay here and would definitely return to this house.

Contentment at Casa Contenta
The house was lovely and clean, just as advertised. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. 5 minute walk to Canyon Road. There was a minor problem with one of the toilets when we checked in, but the property manager promptly sent a plumber. The rest of our stay was pleasant and peaceful.

This home is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Walking distance to Canyon Road and the Plaza and the walk itself is worth doing for the beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and we especially loved the fire place and private yard w/ hot tub. Walking distance to best restaurants in city. Highly recommend.

Great stay!
This house was great and accurate to all the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils which made it really easy to cook in and the hot tub was a fun added feature. The only thing I think is important to warn other guests about is that the driveway exits onto a street that is curved so it is difficult to see oncoming traffic. We actually witnessed a wreck right outside the house as cars are coming around that corner pretty fast at night. That being said, as long as you are aware of it and careful, it is not an issue. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Family Getaway
Cozy home and perfect stay in Santa Fe. Very clean and I appreciate that all amenities were available including clean dishes, extra sheets and towels, soaps and shampoos, etc. Communication with property manager was great as well. Would most certainly stay in another home with this management company.

A joyous trip!
This was a wonderful property for a girls weekend! 3 bedrooms, wonderfully appointed and we loved the hot tub! Close to the top of Canyon Road...a great trip! However, getting in and out of the driveway was precarious! The driveway in on a curve and difficult to see cards coming. We usually have to have one of us in the street to direct traffic to get out safely.
