Great open spaces, comfortable king sized bed with soft linens. Location is perfect for surrounding area including pickleball and Red Rocks.

Nice loft right in downtown Littleton. Easy access to many shops and restaurants. Well appointed. Comfortable king bed. Only downside was the table and chairs outside. All four chair had the seat torn. Would have been nice to sit outside in the evening. Otherwise, nice place.

We stayed here while in town for my sister's wedding. The location was great for us due to the location of the wedding events plus it was right in downtown Littleton close to many restaurants & shops. The unit was very spacious & the king bed was really comfortable! The owner was responsive to questions & available via text which was helpful when we got in from our 13 hour drive late at night. The alley behind the unit does have access to the parking area which was nice when a truck & trailer were blocking the main driveway all day on the weekend. The outdoor area was great for a morning cup of coffee or evening quiet time since the space is above an office.

This loft is all about location, walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Littleton and easy access to highway. It was clean and comfortable.
It is not "elegant, executive" as described. Décor and furniture are eclectic and dated, including the red sheets and curtains. The bathroom is very small and at the opposite end of unit from the bedroom. With that said, for the price it was a good value.

The property was in a great location allowing access to 470 and everything else. It was nice to be able to just walk to downtown Littleton without having to fight for parking. Cindy was great communicating during the whole process and kept us updated when there was an issue before we got to the property. We will definitely see about using the property again next time we are in the area.

I chose Cindy's place for a friend to stay at while visiting from out of town. The pictures are good but in my opinion it's even nicer than the listing leads you to believe. Plenty of room to rest and relax and the kitchen is great if you want to cook up some meals. The downtown shops are right outside your door so it's easy to enjoy food and shopping without even needing a car. I live 10 minutes away and I'm tempted to rent it again just to have a nice stay in downtown Littleton.
Cindy was responsive to any question I had and when the VRBO site was being a little glitchy she called me to make sure my answers were answered super fast.

The loft is in the perfect spot--a stone's throw from coffee, shops, food, drinks, and the train. It was much bigger than we expected and had a fabulous rooftop patio. Everything was neat and clean and communication with our host was excellent. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

We loved this loft! Within walking distance to so many grace local places to eat. Easy to get to downtown Denver and to the mountains. We loved it and would highly recommend this loft! If we ever come back to Colorado we’ll stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Surprisingly spacious and well-stocked, this convenient location is close to everything Littleton by virtue of being a block away from Main St. Park your car and walk everywhere, make friends, and become a local for a few days. Cindy is personable and responsive, and does an excellent job in making you feel welcomed. A++ would recommend

My husband & I stayed at this property while visiting our daughter in Littleton. Conveniently located & responsive host. The heat went out while we were there (stuff happens!) & the host quickly had the repairman out to fix it within a few hours. We will be happy to return to this property.

The condo was exactly as advertised. The property is clean and in a great location -- several restaurants and taverns are within a few blocks in downtown Littleton.

We loved the location,. Walkable to shops, restaurants, breweries etc.. The apartment was large with eclectic furnishings and a comfy king size bed. We lost electricity several times but apparently that is a thing in the downtown historic district of Littleton. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy Loft
Our stay was great! The loft served our needs perfectly. The property manager was very easy to work with. The location of the property was amazing! Right in the thick of historical Littleton with an abundance of quaint little shops, and restraunts, and pubs all within a short walk from the door. I would highly recommend staying here. Also was a very quick and easy drive out to Red Rocks.

Perfect location!! Very nice place. Light burnt out at doorway but otherwise everything was great. We didn’t realize when we got there that you had to go through the gate and up the stairs. We opened the door of the first floor apartment so that was a little embarrassing but we’d definitely stay there again now that we know our way around.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was in the perfect location in downtown Littleton, walking distance to all the restaurants and stores on Main Street. It was clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. We had no trouble finding it, and the parking spot came in handy. We would definitely stay here again.
