Hebe Cottage è stato ristrutturato secondo standard elevati pur mantenendo molte caratteristiche d'epoca ed è attrezzato per garantire agli ospiti un soggiorno confortevole. Comprende un ampio, luminoso, open space composto da una cucina e un salotto. Due camere da letto si trovano al primo piano e ospitano un letto king-size nella camera principale e due letti singoli nella seconda. Il bagno comprende una doccia con vasca e c'è un guardaroba al piano di sotto. All'esterno, gli ospiti possono godere del appartato giardino del cortile rivolto a ovest, dove è possibile trovare la caratteristica macchia di Hebe da cui prende il nome il cottage. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a microonde, fornello e frigorifero con congelatore. Oltre a una smart TV digitale HD con canali Freesat, sono presenti un lettore DVD Blu-ray e WiFi. Una selezione di giochi per famiglie tradizionali e DVD per bambini è prevista anche per i giorni di pioggia. Riscaldamento centralizzato, biancheria da letto e da bagno (un bagno e asciugamano per ospite) sono inclusi nel prezzo di affitto del cottage.

Lovely cottage, clean, comfortable and perfect for our relaxing week in wells-next-the-sea. Plenty of wildlife to be found and well worth the long walk to the beach.

Nice sized cottage for a 2 bed property.
Worked well as a base for myself and teenage girls who wanted to have some independence due to wverything being within alking disrance.

We had an amazing week at Hebe cottage. The weather wasn’t great, but the location of the cottage made up for it. Being in the centre of the town made our holiday perfect as we could pop in and out easily. We only went out in the car once in the whole week. The kids loved crabbing and taking part in all the amazing carnival activities and music. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely be back!

Hebe cottage is a great lo action to stay as a base. Compact but mors than enough spa e for the two of us. Wells is a beautiful location and great for walks and my nature photography.

We love the cottage! Perfect for my family of 4. Location cannot be beaten for Wells and the local area. Would highly recommend. We will be returning!

The cottage is gorgeous, very comfortable with everything you need for your stay.
It’s in a perfect location, so close to the shops in Wells leading to the harbour.
Definitely recommend staying here but be careful on the staircase as the stairs are very steep.
We were very lucky as the weather was perfect.

We thought this high spec cottage was ideally placed for seeing the interesting streets and quayside of Wells Next the Sea. Stairwell rather steep though so fitness is required.

Air of spaciousness, excellently eqipped, and so close to all amenities. It was a pleasure to sit in the garden, too, where the sun shone all day. Owner very eager to assist. One of the party did struggle with the stairs, which were a little bit challenging.

Really great location in the heart of the town. Quiet and peaceful- everything you would want in easy reach. Recommend the Globe and Wells Crab House to eat. Great base for coastal drives and trips. Well equipped cottage but a very tight staircase if you are over 6’ - like me!

Cottage is very convenient for touring the local area with shops and restaurants with easy walking distance .
The cottage has lots of character with a very pleasant walled back garden.

This is the first holiday rental we have ever been to where there was no personal note from the owner and not even a pint of milk in the fridge or a packet of biscuits. This was very dispiriting especially at Christmas.

Lovely well appointed cottage. Close to shops and restaurants. No parking but plenty a short distance away. Could be difficult in high season though. The stairs are a bit awkward but we got used to them and unpacked our cases downstairs. Lovely powerful shower and very comfy beds. Plenty of nice places to visit, all within an hours drive. Sandringham, Holkham Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall. Also loved the beach at Wells and the seals at Blakeney Point and Horsey. Great week despite the changeable weather.

Perfect property in an ideal location. Everything you need is included, comfy and cosy for a small family (1 or 2 children max). Lovely courtyard garden for relaxing meals outside. So pleased we stayed at Hebe Cottage for a first visit to Wells. Will definitely be back.

This is ideal to explore Norfolk as it is a great base where you can access Great Yarmouth to Hunstanton quite easily but have an excellent base at Wells-Next-The-Sea which is a lovely place. We enjoyed fish and chips on the beach and will certainly be back to explore further as we couldn’t do everything in a week. The property is lovely and comfortable for a family of 4.

We had a lovely week in Wells and the location was perfect. The cottage is really comfortable and local shops are a quick walk away. It was lovely having a garden to come back to, especially as the weather was wonderful. It is a good 1/2 hour walk to the beach if you don't want to drive but we were happy with this as we needed the exercise. Would recommend and we hope to be back soon.

My husband and our 2 daughters recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hebe cottage. Liz and James the owners have kitted the whole place out beautifully and it felt like a home from home. Everything is of top quality from the duvet covers down to the kitchen appliances. It is located just perfectly for short walks down to the main shopping street and quay; and for the train to the beach.All in all a great holiday and we hope to book again next year!
