This Villa worked really well for a 3-week stay: washer, full kitchen, strong Wifi, easy walk to grocery stores & trip booking offices, beach is walkable (I spent my money on many trips & only rented a car for a few days), adventure companies pick up at the location, overall very convenient & good value for money.

The bed could use a foam mattress pad, but I made do by sleeping on the doona / duvet.

The property could not have been better located, just a short stroll to the main shopping precinct with shops, supermarkets, coffee, a boutique brewery and excellent food options. The gardens were lovely.

The door was a bit hard to operate, otherwise it was all you could need.

Lovely and new inside. Basic amenities provided. Central to town. Was like being in an apartment complex. Extra bins. Parking options. Seating outside. Your own little BBQ grill was great.

We had to ask for the wifi as code and password wasn't provided anywhere.

Front door stuck and was hard to close. The price of the unit was way too expensive. I only got it as we were desperate and could get no other accommodation. But there were strict rules on only check in from 2pm and we had to be out by 10am. It was way too expensive for what we got. Total cost was over $600 for 20 hours accommodation.

When it rain and every windy it would come through door,we had to put our beach towel to stop water coming in

No compendium in room and frying pan was dirty in cupboard.

THE unit was modern and fairly clean. It was close to shops and easy to find.

There was no view or outside area to enjoy apart from a table and chairs but next door water overflowed onto our front step. the walk from the unit to the car park was littered with old crates and furniture scattered around together with timber and metal rods across the pathways. Several items were in need of repair including the towel rail that fell off the wall as soon as we arrived wobbly chair legs and other items which we reported but nothing was repaired. we requested single beds but it was made up to a queens size and changed the next day after we contacted the agent. there was a discrepancy between the price stated by Booking.com and the price we were charged due to extras plus we had to pay in advance instead of on arrival. It will be 7 days approximately to get our bond refunded too!!
