This is a great property and it’s in a great location. Parking was available directly under the condo, it’s an easy walk to the beach and to all the surrounding attractions.

Property was great. Beds were super comfy. Kids loved the pool and easy beach access. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Everything was great except a couple of things. The water in the condo is not the greatest, even at max temperature you’re taking a moderately warm bath or shower in yellowish water. The pool was also disappointing, it’s much smaller than it appears in photos and the water was hot and disgusting, lots of bugs and hair in the pool. There are also no lounge chairs. The location is great and convenient, the boardwalk is a quick walk down the beach. If you’re not a pool or bath person this is a great place for you!

The condo was okay. Needs some upgrades for sure, especially the flooring in the main living area. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not enough towels provided but luckily we brought our own. The noise from upstairs made the stay exhausting and it went on until well after midnight every night.

We had a great experience staying here. The condo was very roomy and was the perfect size for me, my husband, our daughter, and our two friends with their daughter! The walk to the beach is one of the shortest I've had even staying at single unit places. We also enjoyed the private parking under the condo. Would definitely stay here again

Great spot for an affordable week away
This condo was just the right size for our family to enjoy a week of spring break within easy walking distance of the Carolina Beach boardwalk and several cute shops and restaurants.

Very nice location and place. The only complaint i have is the floors. They were very dirty. Our feet were black and you could feel the grime on the floors. Other than that everything was wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation
We very much enjoyed our stay. Our contact was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Plus, it is literally steps from private beach access! We would definitely recommend this location.

Summer Stay in CB
Very satisfied with this unit and location! Communication with the Manager in advance of our stay was very good, and she honored our request to come a little early. Check-in was easy. The unit was clean and bath towels were individually wrapped.
AC was fine and no issues with hot/cold water. TV was easy to use and the WiFi was good.
We paid a premium for this unit, compare to other comparables, but no regrets as it was beach front and a first-level unit. Easy access and parking. Kitchen utensils were well stocked.
My only 'criticism' on this unit is that it claims to accomodate 7 people. It does have a queen and 2 twin-sized beds, and a pull out....but this would be a very tight fit for 7 persons. I would say it accomodates 5 max.
Would definitely stay there again!

The condo was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The patio was definitely a plus! Very close beach access with steps to being on the beach.The parking is the only thing we did not like.

Filthy floors
We enjoyed our stay for the most part, the condo looked nice and clean. The minute you took off your shoes and walked around barefoot or in socks, they were filthy. I took pictures of the dirty feet n socks. Please was the floors more then once a year! Also, the condo contains the bare necessities. Bring or buy everything else you need. Couldn't even find a bandaid. Most VRBO's we've stayed at have extra shampoo, or bandaids, or ketchup or beach chairs! It makes a difference when you have those little extras.

Good location
Nice property and location. Very close to the beach and walking distance to several places to eat. Property was very clean and had everything you need to have a great time at the beach.
Two things to note: 1. The mattresses need to be replaced. Every time you moved they would make noise, Didn't make for a good nights sleep. 2. While the property was clean, there was an unopened condom pack under the bed.
Other than those 2 items, again, great property and location.

Dissapointed
The townhouse was cute and as advertised. The beds were comfortable bur if you moved they were very noisy. Tried contacting host on 3 different occasions with no reply. There was construction of roof in complex which left deck unable to use. Was never notified by host that there would be construction during our dray! Could be a perfect place with a little help on the beds.

AMAZING PLACE!
This was by far the best location we have ever stayed! I recommend this location to everyone! We had our wedding on the beach outside of the property the weekend we stayed! It could not have been more amazing! The property manager was so helpful and so nice! We look forward to keeping in contact with her to visit this location again!!!

Great location with quick beach access, solid vacation choice.
Parking at the condo was difficult to understand at first but eventually we found a building and figured out that you park anywhere a space is open. When we arrived at the condo the space was obviously clean, and looked great. You can tell that a great amount of detail was taken to making sure the condo is presentable. We were disappointed however when we found that certain parts of the apartments were a bit more worn down, which impacted our vacation minimally : such as the refrigerator having a leak, the washer and dryer was unavailable during our stay, the closet doors easily came off track, and the toilet paper mount was broken and was only on the wall as decoration in the master bath, etc. These problems were annoying as it happened, but didn’t necessarily impact our stay negatively as they were minor, and all the other Amenities surpassed my expectations. The kitchen was very well-equipped for all of our cooking needs, And had more than enough glassware and storage container, the linens provided with the rental were comfortable and stylish, and every other aspect of this place was spot on and completely surpassed my original expectations. We’ve gone on several beach vacations, and I have stayed in places that claim to be much nicer than what they appeared, and this place did not disappoint . You have to remind yourself that other people have stayed in these places before you, and there’s going to be some natural wear and tear. Despite any minor inconveniences we had an excellent vacation and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

A Quick Getaway
The property was great and was accessible to the beach and two lovely restaurants right across the way. The space was clean and we especially appreciated the towels being wrapped to ensure cleanliness. One small hiccup was the tv being unplugged in the second bedroom. I believe the outlet was behind the dresser which we were unable to move so we weren’t able to turn that on while visiting.
But overall, a nice stay and would book again.

2 Bedroom Condo--A Building
Nice, convenient and reasonably priced. Felt like home with all the amenities. Open parking at our building was always taken and it was hard to access underneath the building. Great location, easy access to the beach and places to eat. Will definitely consider this location again.

Great Long Weekend
Property just as described, perfect for a long weekend with 3 adults, 2 kids and a baby. Convenient location and short walk to the beach. We had 2 questions for owner, we communicated via text and had a response both times within minutes. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks!

Condo was good, but parking was not.
Was not told that my $267.00 deposit was non-refundable. Probably will not use this site again for booking a holiday vacation.

Would NOT recommend!
We were extremely disappointed with this condo - and our experience with the owner during our stay. The quality of the condo does not match the photos you see on VRBO. When we arrived we reached out to the contact we were given (that turns out to be the owner) and let her know both shower curtains have extensive mold, the floors are so dirty we can’t walk around barefoot without feet turning black, and the bathrooms are not clean (pubic hairs found, tubs not clean, gunk in corners of sink). The owner told us to send a picture of one of the moldy curtains and she would send the cleaners over. The cleaner did come - but only changed one of the two curtains and did nothing to the floors or bathroom. We let the owner know this and she said “there is not daily maid service. There’s a swiffer there for touchups”. After paying a cleaning fee it felt unfair to arrive at a condo that was not clean in the slightest. We ended up having to clean bathrooms and floors ourselves. The owner ended up ignoring our messages and finally saying “there is nothing I can do or say that will make you happy.” As part of check out we were told to take sheets off the bed. When we did this we found huge, urine stains on 2 of the 3 beds. Beds we slept in the last 3 nights. Disgusting! Due to the rudeness of the owner and the filthiness of the condo we would not recommend to anyone.

Sheet/pillowcases on our bed had some black marks on them. We called and the owner was very kind and sent someone quickly to give us clean ones.The mattress was very comfortable!It was listed as oceanfront,but was not as close to ocean as we had hoped,but it was okay.The condo was well stocked with what we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Okay stay. Good location.
Great location with pier access to beach. Condo was not as clean as we would have liked for the money we spent on "cleaning services". Air filter in wall was filthy. Floor was covered in sand and dirt. Patio door is broken and comes off the track easily.

Nice, spacious place
Great place, convenient to the beach. The only downsides are the master bedroom bed is squeaky and the parking structure is really tight to get your car out when the lot is full. Overall, nice place to stay and would stay here again!
