The location was excellent
The communication with the owner was very poor. Messages on Booking.com and WhatsApp went unanswered. I had no phone myself and eventually had to message a friend to call him on my behalf to ask him to read his messages.
The induction cook top was found to be smashed at check-in.
I had serious plumbing/drainage issues which resulted in back-flow of sewage into and blockage of toilet.
The place is infested with cockroaches. All food must be kept in the fridge. Turning on the light in the middle of the night can be a frightening experience.

Near to KLCC, easy to find the location. Free parking. Have washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, can cook also.
The owner takes time to response and sometimes do not response anything.

The location was pretty central to the busy part of town.
The room wasn't very clean at all, so much so that we didn't even want to sit down on the bed.
Took forever to get key card for the room and had no contact from host even after asking several times about the situation with key. We ended up leaving that very day and found somewhere else much nicer and similar in price. One thing I'd say is that the room that we were meant to get had a problem with the AC so they gave us another one and maybe it was just a case that the one we got hadn't been used or cleaned in a while. That being said we were not happy with it and glad we found somewhere else.

lots of bugs in the room, I toke pics and videos of that bugs and send it to the owner, he didn’t respond at all, was not clean, toilet was leaking water from the roof, cockroaches in the kitchen and the room, I paid to clean the room but no one come for that, u will never see the owner, they care about the money only, anyone would like to stay here here is a device for u, go find cleaner place, the pics you see is not as the room in real.

the view was amaze bcs i can see beautiful structure such as menara merdeka, lalaport, and limapuluh port. the place is very close to certain interesting place so i can just take a walk or running with my full power of speed. the room also comfortable, and i can relaxing myself with peace and harmony.
the television is broke, i can’t use it bcs there is no satelite for the tv and also no netflix (owner fakehope me but isokey). in future pls improve customer service because i text owner abt my complaint but its just i text my crush and she ignore me because im not interesting in her life.

The apartment was modern and very comfortable and very central to everything you need in KLCC and Bukit Bintang. The owner was very polite and quick to respond when the key wasnt in the mailbox upon arrival.
Beware the lock on the bathroom door, it's broken. Ten minutes in to arriving in the apartment I used the bathroom and made the mistake of locking the bathroom door, without thinking. I spent 10mins locked in there unable to phone anyone because my phone was on the desk. Thankfully with some luck the lock came loose but it certainly had me worried that I would be locked in there for 12 days

The restaurant downstairs was excellent. The pool and fitness center was great. Location was very good.
The owner did not leave a key so check in was a problem. The room has roaches. Front door lockset is falling off. Leak in the ceiling above the shower caused a hole in the ceiling and water kept dripping the whole time. Washing machine door was locked and would not open. The room was not owned by Ramada, the hotel is beautiful and would stay there again but would not use booking.com and rent from private owner.

Room smelt had to buy a freshener. Didnt state it was not attached to a hotel so reception couldn't help and host did not respond. No tv connection.

Worst experience ever. Be careful.
When you book these apartments, you win a jackpot:
1. Very old, nasty, bad-smelling space. Old and scratched furniture. Stained curtains. Stained bed linen. The pillow is so old and stained that it became dirty-yellow instead of white. The air condition is old and super-loud.
2. The apartments are dirty. A lot of dust and dirt (and dead cocroaches) in the gaps.
3. Insects: you will see plenty of dead and live cocroaches in the hall and a couple of them in the apartments. Also spotted a dead lizard.
4. Wi-fi. Seems that they use one router for multiple apartments. The internet connection is sometimes so slow that you couldn’t even open YouTube videos in 360 resolution. And sometimes it disappears entirely - I had more than 26 hours without internet.
5. Disco under your window - prepare to listen to the music every day till 4am in the morning.
6. No one comes to clean the room - seems very strange for the serviced apartments.
7. A lot of prostitutes and their clients in the hotel and especially on the floor where the appts are located.

This owner don't pay any responsibility to to me, when I call him he didn't pickup phone and I WhatsApp him he also seen no reply me. When I pickup access key from the mailbox I try use the access key to enter the lift but can't sensor it.When I try the access many time also can't use, I also waste my time to try enter the lift but it's also no any function. I complained with the service center they also doesn't give any response and the owner also. This trip let me feel very angry about them bad service!!! I

what i like about property is they have a nice view from the balcony.

It's quit inconvenience for me as the owner are so hard to contact with. Call so many times never want to answer. It's not as clean as it seems, the bedding seems old and dusty, the host are not friendly. The host don't care about guest at all!! I am very disappointed with this place!!

The location. It’s very strategic I can just walk to most places from the place.
There were no iron provided but the iron board was there. I contacted the host and he did not respond. I can’t turn on the TV because they were no batteries in the remote control.
