Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft dem, was man in dieser Hotelkategorie erwarten darf.

Die Rezeptionszeiten auf der Internetseite und lokal vor Ort passen nicht zueinander. Es war schwierig, in das Hotel zu kommen. Die Eingangstür klemmte und wir benötigten mehrere Versuche, um die Tür aufzubekommen. Wir hatten bereits Zweifel, ob der Türcode korrekt war.

There was pillow missing in the room, we informed about late check in and have been informed about self check in which was not really working and it took us 30 minutes to get in. Also, when spoke to the staff member they were very unhelpful and rude

The room was very basic but was ok to spend one night

The main issue i have is they seem to have issues with there door codes, we had 2 rooms and the code on one did not work so i was given the master password ( this is a code that they use for the Main door to ) the fact this one code works on every door in the building is a worry that anyone can enter any room when ever they like.

Day staff very nice and seemed to solve my issue when I called ahead to confirm I could check in after 2100. Unfortunately this turned out to be wrong as I could not check in when I arrived.

Out of hours check in was not working. Nobody answered out of hours intercom. Got a message on Booking dot com around 2230 saying there was a problem and to call before 2200; I could only call at that time. There was no answer, just an out of hours voicemail. Had no bed for the night, ended up paying €150 at a hotel further away and checked in around 0130 so was not rested for the next day. Will never book Ibis budget again, total let down and not up to the Accor group usual standards.
