Purtroppo è andato tutto storto, dall'arrivo (il computer per fare il check-in era fuori uso e non c'era personale, siamonriuscito ad avere i codici per l'accesso dopo un'ora e mezza) alla ripartenza ( hanno scassinato il veicolo e rubato effetti personali)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber.

Ho scelto questo hotel come punto di appoggio per andare allo stadio del Bayer Leverkusen, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The price was good. The room was austere but clean.

Check-in was supposed to start at 15:00, but when I arrived at 15:15 no one was at the reception. I called the number given, and after exchanging information, I received a text message with the room number and code to open the door.

Totalement idéal pour un court séjour, juste histoire de dormir quelques heures et prendre une douche. Connaissant bien les ibis je savais à quoi m'attendre. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien, l'hôtel était calme. Recevoir un code pour avoir accès à la chambre est un gros plus !

Le parking qui est assez petit. Difficile de trouver un place quand on arrive dans la nuit hormis çà je n'ai rien de négatif à dire

Kleines Frühstücksangebot, aber als Budget Hotel absolut ok. Zimmer für Budget Verhältnisse ausreichend groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nahe Bus- und Bahn Station nach Köln.

Zimmercode anders als behauptet nicht vor Erscheinen sondern nach manuellem CheckIn verschickt Self Checkin nicht möglich, da Automat defekt. Damit war ein Checkin nach 22:00 Uhr unmöglich. Innerhalb CheckIn Zeiten Empfang zeitweise nicht besetzt. Unter der in der Buchungsbestätigung angegebenen Kontakt Rufnummer war niemand erreichbar Anruf per Türsprechanlage ohne Reaktion Licht auf Toilette defekt, daher nur mit geöffneter Tür nutzbar

Arrived at 2300 - no staff present. No one answering the phone and unable to check in. 30 other people in same situation. Police turned up and couldn't help. Went elsewhere.

The hotel is as any Ibis Budget. Standard and OK. Parking is sufficient and it is relatively close to the highway. So for a night in Leverkussen it sure is sufficient.

Reception closed, checking machine was defect. Called many times before I got somebody to send me the room access number. This is not professional and not the standard I expect. I know it is basic, but still something should work. Also main entrance was accesible all night, so in real anybody can enter the hotel. Maybe also defect, but then some major maintenance is needed.

I plan to return later this year.

Location was good for Leverkusen .However if you want to explore in Cologne ,Please stay somewhere there as Transport is very bad except buses. Trains keep delaying on usual basis.

No facilities for Tea/coffee in the room. No basic utilities like Tooth Paste ,Hair Dryer etc.

Basic hotel, clean, fast check in/out, good wifi. 5 minutes from shops and train station.

never saw the property, even though we booked well in advance of our stay. We were informed at the last minute that they had overbooked and offered us one choice only which was in Düsseldorf completely changing all of our plans,to make matters worse the place they booked for us didn’t give us rooms that were remotely similar to what we had originally booked, meaning we had less beds than required for our group,awful way to operate

didn’t the flimsy excuse of overbooking when they knew of our stay well in advance, when I sent messages in complaint, nothing was responded to, but when I agreed to make the changes they had organised, they responded straight away, show that they ignore any difficult conversations were they had to accept they had messed us about, and only responded to things that would make life easier for them 

It is located in a hotel zone close to Köln Messe/Deutz (16min walking distance). Some restaurants close to the station. The neighborhood can be a bit dark after evening.

Rooms are old in design and not giving any warm feeling to the visitor. Space for storing clothing is almost non-existent. Soap/shampoo dispenser was almost empty when I arrived. I asked for refilling before going to the office, nothing was done after returning.

I booked a room 2 weeks in advance and paid immediately. When I arrived in the city, I couldn't get into my room. There were no staff in the registration area, and the registration machine was not working. The employees did not respond to phone calls, and they do not respond to messages either to this day. I was not warned in advance that their device would not work on the day of my arrival. I had to spend a lot of money to find another hotel. The stuff of this hotel has not yet answered me. I don't recommend it. Terrible attitude towards their customers.

Location is optimal. Walking distances to the train station (5 min); close to shopping areas (10 min) and Chempark (25 min). Free wifi worked very well, although I don't think the hotel was crowded hence no too many connections. Personnel was very kind and helpful (when available). Very clean. Heating worked well (air conditioning not used). Breakfast ok.

The front desktop is not 24/7 and in that case a machine must be used. During the whole stay the machine remained out-of-order and this was a real problem for doing the check-in. During afternoons, people would gather confused at the front door trying to see how to do it, even if there was supposed to be someone behind the counter after 17:00. Also none of the front doors are not locked at night (there is not security code given to access though) which gives a feeling of insecurity as anyone can enter and fool around in corridors.
