We had two families and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool with sunset view. Very close to beach access (prepare to walk to actual beachfront however) and old Marco. Breakfast at Doreen’s is a must but the kitchen has everything you need as well. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Two kings are great when you have two families. There are a lot of rules but nothing unreasonable. Nice relaxing stay.

The pool was our favorite by far. Our kids were in it from 9am till bedtime! The cleanliness of the property was excellent also. We will definitely be staying here again if we visit Marco!!

We had a wonderful stay in Marco Island at Kelly and Walter's waterfront home. They have a wonderful home (great pictures posted but it truly was even better in person!), as a family of 6 and small dog we had plenty of room for everyone. The entire property is very clean, plenty of linens, all the beach and pool toys you could want, lots of fun card games to play. The kitchen had all the basics you could want for cooking - cooking utensils, spices, etc. - no need to bring anything but groceries. The house is great with lots of space for everyone to gather together but also 3 separate bed and bathrooms. We rented a boat from nearby marina and really enjoyed being able to dock it at the house and enjoy easy ride out to the surrounding beaches and shell islands for the day. Highly recommend this VRBO home and we are already looking at when we can plan our next stay at Kelly & Walter's!

We loved staying at this beautiful house in Marco! The home was spacious and had everything we needed and more. We were even able to workout with a weight set & bench on property. The canal gave us access to the gulf quickly. The Esplanade is also very close and we went to dinner a few nights there, on the boat. Enjoyed the use of the bikes a few times as well. The house is in a quiet residential street. Throughout our stay we enjoyed encountering wildlife (rabbits, dolphins, roseate spoonbills, ospreys, and more). Marco sunsets are spectacular and we experienced them from many locations on and off shore. We also enjoyed fantastic fishing in the area. We brought our two pups who were also very comfortable during our stay. The home has large rooms, vaulted ceilings and spacious closets. The master bathroom has been beautifully remodeled with a large shower & tub. Would highly recommend staying in this lovely home!

House was just as beautiful as the pictures! Hosts were very quick to communicate (and provide advice about Marco island), and the check-in process was simple. House was clean and had lots of amenities. Included plenty of kitchenware and different types of glasses, some beach gear (but not beach towels), kayaks (hosts kindly ask for adult use only), and even fishing poles and a few family games. The bikes looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to ride them (I believe that they were all adult bikes). Very quiet neighborhood, and never saw any boats on our portion of the canal. We spent a lot of time in the pool, and ate most of our meals on the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. I loved having the pass-through window from the kitchen to the terrace - I easily could set drinks or snacks out on the outer counter for the family to grab while enjoying the outdoors. Pool and deck lights added to the ambiance at night time. An easy 10min drive to South Beach, and just a few minutes to TigerTail; grocery store and other shops were 3 minutes away. Overall, it was a very relaxing part of our vacation in a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home on a beautiful island.

This house is amazing! It is exactly as pictured, clean, beautifully decorated, well-appointed and stocked with everything you need for your vacation. The location is perfect for boating - just a short 10 minute "no-wake" ride to the Gulf and a 5 minute bike ride to Tigertail Beach - bikes are included with the house. Our hosts were very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. We had one question the day we checked in. Kelly and Walter were available to answer our question and had great suggestions for dinner. In the summer, the neighborhood (and all of Marco Island) is very quiet. We found this extremely relaxing and exactly what we wanted for this vacation. Lovely home and hosts. We will definitely rent this property again.

We (husband and I) had a fabulous vacation at this beautiful home on a canal on Marco Island. Great location on quiet side of the island near Tigertail beach. Easy to access, close to markets, restaurants, beautiful beach, and marina for boat rentals. We loved having the kayaks and bikes included and used them multiple times while we were there to explore the area. We had breakfast each morning, and evening cocktails on the back patio by the pool overlooking the canal. The house was clean, well kept. and beautifully appointed. We lacked for nothing while we were there. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend this property and if we are ever back in this area, this is where we will stay.

Great location, spacious and clean home, quiet neighborhood, canal access, good amenities. We enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. Owners were easy to communicate with. We have made several trips to Marco Island and this was my favorite place!

Nicely cared for properly. The lock box was not on the house, so getting in was a problem. We found the back door unlocked then the owner told us a key was on the hook in the kitchen. Pool was not functional paid an electrician to look at it on Thursday evening but by then no pool for our week.

Excellent communication with owner. Easy, short drive to beach, stores, restaurants. Peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Nice pool with view of canal. Plenty of seating areas inside and outside.

We had a wonderful time on our Christmas family trip to Marco Island. Kelly and Walter's home was awesome. The location is great and we loved having the bikes to use, it was fun exploring the island on them and they made for a quick trip down to the beach. Kelly and Walter were quick to reply when we needed assistance. Thank You Kelly and Walter for sharing your lovely home with us. I am already planning our next trip back.

Loved this property! It was exactly what I was looking for and is exactly as it appears online. Hosts were great to work with: always answered questions, gave me helpful information, and made clear the expections they have for their guests. Purpose of my trip was to have a place to call home for a couple of weeks while we explored the area. This home is comforatable, in a great location that is near the main road but also seems far away, is on a canal, has a lovely pool with plenty of furniture for outdoor living. Neighborhood is peaceful and good for walking; the Bald Eagle Reserve is nearby. This is a wonderful home away from home and I would definitely return.

Second time staying at this property and it was a wonderful family vacation. This home is clean and we love the location. Will definitely stay again.

We had a nice stay in Marco Island. The home is spacious, beautifully appointed and newly updated. The host was attentive and clearly engaged in ensuring her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay.

Everything was, as far as we could tell, exactly as described. The home is very nice, clean, everything working. Location is great as long as you don’t need to be ON the beach- short drive or moderate walk to get to the sand. The pool area is great and the pool itself is kept in great condition. Only disclaimer I might add is that if you’re planning to rent a boat, it’s about a minimum 30-minute trip to even get out to the main waterways/ocean. Only takes one time going out to learn this, but still would have been a good thing to know in the planning months ahead.

Beautiful area and home was perfect for our family!

We booked this as a weekend getaway with another family. We had 4 adults and 3 teen girls (13/14). The house was very clean and very well maintained. There was plenary of space for all! The teens shared the master and so we didn’t even need the pull out couch. The pool was the perfect size and the adults were able to enjoy a glass of wine at night down at the dock. We did get dive bombed by an osprey after dark that thought our 7lb chi that was leashed and laying on the ground next to me was a snack! We live here in FL and are used to keeping a close eye on these things but be sure to keep an eye on small pets. The kitchen was well stocked and while we didn’t need it, they offered some beach gear and beautiful bikes. I will defiantly keep this house in mind for future trips to the area! The host was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Our family had a wonderful week at this home. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Pool was very nice also.

I do not recommend this property for the following reasons and especially when there are so many other similar options available. 1) Front door entry never worked our entire stay and owner had ample time to repair it. 2) Hot water takes 3-5 minutes of running before water gets hot (undisclosed to us until we entered the home). 3) We were not able to use the shower in the master bedroom because it was broken and would not produce hot water and 4 of us were forced to use the remaining shower for our entire 4 day stay. Then, I was accused of breaking it. 4) We were also forced to use the garage entry since property owner never fixed the front door during our stay. 5) For the last 24 hours, the garage entry would not work and we were forced to leave doors unlocked when we departed for the day. 6) After we checked out, I asked for the owner to be fair and credit a portion of our stay since we didn't get what we paid for. My request for fair treatment was first ignored and then met with a rude non-apology. Then, I was accused of breaking the shower and obstructing the garage entry "eye". I was not blamed until after I asked for fair treatment. 7) The owner was mostly responsive but was unable to rectify the inconveniences and then was very condescending in her response to my request. 8) Here is her non-apology: "We are sorry to hear that your entire stay was unsatisfactory because you and your wife had to share a gorgeous bathroom designer soaker tub, another bathroom with an oversized walk in tiled shower plus an additional half bath". I suggest that response is rude and uncalled for. That being said, I want to be fair and state the property is a very nice home with a good location. Kayaks and bikes available for use were a nice perk and the pool area is very nice. We simply expected everything would work properly and I was extremely disappointed when I was ignored by the owner and then blamed. The non-apology was surprisingly rude and immature in my opinion. In summary, we had several inconvenient situations that were never rectified and then we were treated rudely when I submitted a fair request for a partial credit. The owner could have done more to satisfy us and decided to be rude instead.

Amazing place for families and bigger groups to stay while in Marco Island. Can easily walk to attractions like Tigertail beach, eating places and grocery stores. The house has everything to keep you comfortable, and more. Kelly and Walter make sure you are taken care of and quick to respond to any queries you may have.

The property is exactly as listed. Beautiful home and landscaping. The pool is an outstanding feature--always ended our day there for relaxation and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and highly recommend this property.

We loved this house. Spacious house with lots of living space, indoors and out. The owners were really responsive. It was centrally located to all of the main shopping on the island and a short walk/bike ride to tiger tail beach. Teens loved the pool.

We had a great stay! It's a nice property with a ton of room both indoor and out - many seating areas. Our family of 4 had more than enough room. The pool was warm - my kids even swarm when it was about 55 degrees out since the pool was warm enough. There have been series of updates in different places of the house - master bath etc. Well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed as heavier cooks. Check-in was easy and there was quick responsiveness to questions through our stay. The location is really nice just a short drive to Tigertail beach which was amazing.

Great Accommodations for 4 guys ! Bigger, Better, Nicer then we expected. Outside pool and waterfront area was a great place to sit and relax. Owner was very Friendly and accommodating to us!! Questions we had were answered immediately via phone Texting! We would definitely recommend this home!
