We had a fabulous stay at this property. Pauline was very nice and very accomodating. The daily maid service was a huge unexpected plus. Unit was always very clean with fresh towels daily. My only concern was the tile in the unit and balcony, when the slight bit of water spilt on the floor made it an ice skating rink. But other than that everything was perfect. Thanks so much, we had a great time. Deb

This is one of the most beautiful properties! The views are amazing and the property is immaculate and so perfect. It is located in the perfect spot on seven mile beach. It is close walking distance to lots of restaurants and some of the best snorkeling right outside your door! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning again.

Perfect location. No crowds, beautiful beach. Condo had everything we needed. Loved being able to have lunch on the porch and then get right back to the beach. Looking forward to next year.

Truly lovely appointed Cayman condo on snorkeling end of 7 mile beach. Quieter than main area - wonderful to have more privacy and less noise. Well set up with all you need in the kitchen, washer/dryer and condo to make for a worry free vacation. Pleasant front receptionist Pauline helpful. Daily maid service, at requested time was a nice touch. Highly recommend this as a great location for families or couples wanting to enjoy the Caribbean. We hope to be back soon. Thank you to the owners for the opportunity to rent!

Great location on 7 mile beach and Pauline and Becky were very responsive! Perfect for our family to enjoy the Caymans. Very comfortable beds and nicely furnished.

I normally don't leave reviews, but had to after getting back from another vacation. I truly cant get over how perfect this condo was for our family of 6. From its perfect sunsets on the balcony, to the waves making their crashing noises while sleeping with the doors cracked. Very clean, and having daily maid service was he topping on the cake. I loved the snorkeling right in front of the condo, and the long walks on the beach with my wife. Just bring your water shoes, need them for a 100ft stretch until you get to the very beginning of seven mile beach. That 100ft separates you from the very busy seven mile beach, so hardly any traffic in front on this complex. Cant say enough how much I loved the privacy, and not fighting for beach space. We rented a car for the week, and parking was convenient. I truly believe we explored about everything we could in the week we were there. Turtle farm is a must for families. Quick trip to Hell was entertaining, and worth a stop. Stingray city is still a show stopper, but not like 20 years ago when they gave you buckets of food to feed. We did the 7am tour, and were 6 of about 12 people out there first. The seaweed was pretty bad at Rum point when we were there, so didn't enjoy that area as much. Overall, the best part of all our day trips was coming back to the Beautiful condo, and watching those sunsets. The pool, and hot tub was a nice way of finishing the nights. This vacation was an A+ from start to finish, and when we come back we will be looking to book this unit again. Thanks for the great stay!!

Stayed here for a week with family. Location was excellent. Kids loved the beach and pool. Booking was easy. Staff was helpful. Beach was rocky but snorkeling was great right at the condo and sandy water entry is a 2min walk down the beach. Diving was excellent and all the dive shops will pick up right at condo. If we come back to GC (lots of the world left to see) we will stay here again.

The main "great" room is actually bigger than the photos portray. The beds are super comfy. The housekeeping is great - daily service timed to our family's schedule. As global VRBOers, it was nice to have some basics provided throughout our one-week stay - TP, paper towels, diswashing pods, shampoo/soap - things you often have to buy at other rentals. As the end unit of the end building, it was beautifully peaceful. Sitting on that porch just staring out at the water was heaven. Before arriving, I had wondered why the porch was screened in - not wondering any more! Birds, butterflies (and a few mosquitoes) would have made the porch a flying wildlife playground if the screen wasn't there. You really can't walk into the water directly in front of the unit - too many rocks - but easy entry in front of the neighboring resort (all beaches are public) is a 60-second walk. Plenty of free parking. Easy walking to great restaurants. Very safe environment. Wonderfully effective A/C. Spacious kitchen (though we only ate breakfast in the unit). Property manager Pauline is super responsive to any need/request - and she's really nice too :). Unit #10 is just perfect/gorgeous. HIGHLY recommend!

We loved the space - very roomy inside and out. (We all had massages on the screened porch!) And the location is great too. At the end of Seven Mile Beach; quiet but near the action when we wanted it. Pauline in the office was very helpful and the cleaning staff too. I suspect we’ll be back next year.

Love the condo. This is my 8th time here . Perfect location on the island. Very friendly staff and the condo is very nicely decorated.

This was my third time in Grand Cayman. The last two times I've stayed at The Westin (with my husband and two little girls), which is also located on the Seven Mile Beach like this condo. This time around I was here on a girls getaway! For my next trip back, I will definitely be bringing my family here instead! It felt like home. The listing description and photos are accurate. Very nicely decorated and clean. And the rooms and living area are very spacious. Perfect for families! However, having stayed on the Seven Mile Beach before, I wasn't expecting to have such a quiet and private beach! It was wonderful! Perfect place to relax! Beautiful sunsets and walks on the beach. Close to grocery, restaurants, anything you might need. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and relative. Can't wait to come back!!

Fantastic decor, breathtaking view, ideal proximity to shopping and dining. This place was just what we needed. It was perfect for our girl's getaway, but I would totally bring my family here!

This is the second time I've enjoyed a stay at this condo. The location is great - right at the beginning of seven mile beach. It is quiet since there isn't much through traffic on the beach, yet perfect for walking and people watching along the way at the Mariott, Ritz and Westin. We walked to dinner a couple of times and there are plenty of convenient options. The condo itself is beautiful, and had everything needed during our stay. The master bedroom and bath are huge, and there is plenty of space to relax. The screened-in balcony can't be beat as it is right over the beach. The pool and hot tub are relaxing, and never really crowded. Based on the recommendation of Pauline our group did a snorkel-sting ray city tour and had a really great time. Also, the owners recommended dinner at Calypso Grill and it was well worth the taxi drive over there. For a beachfront condo on seven mile, this really can't be beat. Can't wait until I can make it back again!

This property is well maintained and all description (including photos) was accurate. Owners provided a wealth of helpful information and maintenance staff members were a delight to work with. We intend to return ASAP! We made use of the restaurant recommendations provided and were delighted to find offerings for our varied tastes. Our group included a vegetarian and a "NO FISH" person but each of us found menus to suit! The beach was gorgeous and sufficiently private. The view was perfect and we very much enjoyed the screened in porch for early morning coffee and evening cocktail hour. This was a perfect vacation spot for us.

I spent a week here with my girlfriends and we had such a fabulous time that I can't wait to go back. There are 3 spacious bedrooms but honestly I could have slept on the screened in balcony and listened to the ocean as I fell asleep. The beach here is beautiful and I enjoyed my daily walks. Location is perfect with so many fine restaurants and shops nearby. This condo is decorated beautifully with all the amenities that you could ask for. If you are looking for a great vacation spot, this is it.

I've stayed here with wife and other couples, as well as golfing buddies and owners. The condo and nearby spots are fantastic, with most being within walking distance, including the best night spot on the island, The Royal Palms, and a great cigar bar, where they roll them as you watch. Best location on Seven Mile stretch of beach, with gorgeous sunsets. The screen porch in the photos is not a bad place to sleep, particularly after a few cocktails. In short, you can't go wrong here. Oh, yeah, if you like 79 and breezy, you're gonna love it.

My family and I had the most wonderful experience at this ocean front condo. We were just steps away from the ocean with fabulous views! We also really liked the location which was convenient to almost everything on the island. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

A wonderful experience in a wonderful place. The condo is furnished like a palace with all the amenities of a tropical paradise close at hand. The beach is feet from your screened porch and the ocean breeze, the clear blue water and beautiful sunsets await your arrival. Walks on the beach take you to casual dining, live entertainent, and everything a vacation should be. Total relaxation around the pool and hot tub, cooking out, fishing, and some of the best diving in the world are ready when you are. Your condo and the complex is well maintained and almost pampered. Everything is perfect, peaceful, and the view is spectacular, so pack lightly and enjoy the lifestyle that is Grand Cayman at one of the most beautiful spots on the island.

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our 18 month old and my sister-in-law and her family. We had a great time! The location of the condo was perfect...close to grocery store, restaurants, and airport. The floorplan of the condo was also ideal for two families, plenty of space for everyone. My favorite part of the trip was relaxing on the screen porch overlooking the beach/ocean. My husband would probably say his favorite part was snorkeling on the reef outside of the condo. Either way, we loved it!

Grand Cayman is one of my favorite destinations to vacation. The locals are friendly and the scenery has paradise written all over it. My wife and I were very lucky to find this gem of a condo. I was amazed by the location. The convenience of being right on seven mile beach and within walking distance of most anything was very nice. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and most important, kid friendly! Also there is a wonderful reef directly behind the condo. I spent hours exploring it. Turtles, exotic fish, you name it, I saw it. ….. It was great. We definitely plan on visiting again.
