Avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet agréable logement, idéalement situé, dont l'équipement est récent, propre, et largement adapté aux besoins quotidiens. Aucune déception par rapport à l' annonce, c'est même mieux ! Antoine nous a gentiment accueillis, et a répondu à nos questions pendant le séjour, ce qui devient assez rare, en location saisonnière. Nous ajoutons qu'Arcachon est une jolie ville, et qu'il est plaisant de découvrir le secteur avec les 2 vélos, mis à notre disposition. Bref, top.

We met Bruno and his wife. This was Antoine's parents. They were really helpful and great people to meet and greet. They provided information about the area and the best places to see.

The location and accommodation were excellent and in an exceptional position central to all the amenities. Given its location it was quite peaceful. What we did not like were the mosquitoes. The temperatures were in the 30's and there was no air con or fan in the accommodation. Because of the mosquitoes we had to keep the windows shut or get bitten (which happened all too often in the first 2 days). Having had enough we purchased a fan and plug in mosquito bombs. After that we settled in and had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We were later told it was an unusual to have mosquitoes where we were staying.

Perfect apartment for two people and exceptionally clean. Great location with everything in easy walking distance. Hosts extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Arcachon is lovely and plenty of things to do in and around the area.

An immaculate well equipped apartment just 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the beach. The apartment was very clean and the booking included secure parking a short walk away and also high speed secure WiFi. The proprietor made us very welcome and was very helpful. A definite property for our future visits.

The central location, that we wanted, meant the bedroom was noisy at night if the window was open. The double glazing prevented this when the window was closed. Perhaps include a fan for those hot summer night?

The location was pretty nice, very well located. We felt like if we were part of the family as the hosts are welcoming.

As we were with somebody who has some trouble to walk, it was a bit complicated to have a shower because of the little stairs but that was still ok.
