Good Place to stay. They provide good facilities, rooms were well maintained. Staff was also good and supportive. The rooms are very clean and Decent.

Hotel Rooms was so comfortable and clean. Room service was so claim and helpful. The vibe was good. Clean common area and good free breakfast. It was a good experience.

TV remote was not working.

The room and bathroom was more or less clean. However, there were tiny cockroaches in the room. When I informed the hotel authorities about this, a staff member was sent in to clean the room armed with a kaala Hit. No issues with running water or leaky taps, which I have faced in a number of hotels before. Staff was cooperative and non-intrusive. They provide services 24*7. Great for solo travellers. Food wasn't that great. Great location - the hotel is bang opposite the so it's easy to locate, and walking distance from. Do not go by the shabby and ill-maintained exterior - from within, the hotel is actually quite nice. Only one minor issue - I stayed for 4 nights, and requested for a late check out - but they didn't allow for it, not even for 2-3 hours, saying that I would be charged for it. This doesn't usually happen. But they did keep my bags and stuff for as long as I wanted, so it's alright. Overall - nice stay.

I didn't like the ceiling

I didn't like the noise there

I liked about the food and bed size. I like about room services which was very quick. I was very happy to stay there. Highly recommended for stay!

About the manager's behavior, he was little bit rude in terms of client's interaction, which should be improved. Second manager was fantastic.

Perfect location, excellent service. I had an easy and confortable stay . . .

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We were very grateful for the kindness and consideration shown by the reception staff.

We booked it for our guest, We didn't see any payment option on the site but we added our credit card details while booking. we took the check-in at 8-9AM , but my guest only reached there at the hotel at 2PM only, but they didn't allow him for check in, because of non payment , but we didn't get any payment option , we just added our credit card instead.

My guest was waited around half an hour for check in. After we went there and made the payment only they allowed to check in. We told over phone to allow him to enter and we will come and pay soon, but they didn't allowed.

Wasn't provided breakfast, despite having selected the option and paid for it.
