Il complesso East Rim è situato in posizione centrale rispetto alla principale piazza degli sciatori ed è a pochi passi dall'ascensore ad alta velocità più veloce e più grande della montagna, Purgatory Express. Situato a pochi passi dal trambusto, dai ristoranti, dai negozi e dalle strutture per lo sci del villaggio base principale del Purgatory Resort, offre la comodità di una posizione centrale, con la privacy di un rifugio sulle montagne. I was a little worried about staying in this condo with 4 teenagers and two adults, but it turned out to be perfect! The upstairs has a bedroom, lift bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable beds and very clean. Main floor has two pull out beds with blankets (missing fitted sheets though). The kitchen had full sized and fully functional appliances, and also a propane grill on the balcony. Main floor also has a bathroom with shower. There are two x box consoles at the condo which were a hit with our teenagers. It’s also across the street from the pool, hot tub, and fitness center (extra fee, but worth it!). Beautiful view and cozy stay. We would recommend staying here.

This property is in a fantastic location. Close to everything Purgatory has to offer. Walking distance - we never drove our car. It was a quiet place and the views did not disappoint. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed everything about the property except on our last two nights the thermostat quit working. It got up to 80 degrees. We called for maintenance and they came to work on it but were unable to resolve the thermostat error code while we were there. Other than the issue with the heating control we enjoyed our stay.

This unit is perfectly located for a family to get to the slopes! Kitchen is well stocked. We had 2 adults and 2 kids with plenty of space. The Internet never worked the five days/nights we were there and we weren’t getting good cell service either. We had to call the Internet company ourselves twice to get updates, but there was never resolution It didn’t sound unusual for multi day outages to occur. That made checking in on work difficult, streaming music, etc. So prepare accordingly.

We had a great stay here for a quick weekend. My whole family of 5 enjoyed our stay and the house has everything you would need while there. Very clean, comfy, and close to all the activities.

This darling super clean condo is in the ideal location for pretty much anything we wanted to do - whether it be hiking in the San Juan mountains or enjoying the day in Durango. Nestled in the Purgatory Resort, the surrounding area is well cared for, and there are numerous amenities to chose from. As they say, location, location, location (!!!), and this property just can't be beat!

All in all we were happy with the condo and location. The location is great, almost a ski in, just a short walk to/from the main lift, you can ski to the street and just walk a short distance to the condo. The condo itself is decent, although it is due to be updated. The sofa sleepers are very uncomfortable, they could use better mattresses. Careful sitting in the recliner, one of the front legs is loose. The fan and heat lamp timers in the main bath don't shut off on their own. I toasted a bagel (didn't burn it) and set off the smoke/fire alarm, had to be sure to turn the microwave fan on anytime we toasted or cooked to avoid that happening again. We brought our dogs and the condo had an extra large kennel that fit in the mudroom area nicely. A washer and dryer would have been nice, but we knew there weren't any when we booked so can't complain there. Good value for the price, we would stay there again.

Property has a great location just steps from the ski lifts. Very roomy for the 4 of us and our dogs. Nice deck with table and grill. Kitchen had all appliance and cookware needed except a cookie sheet but managed without. Did not find a hot tub as mentioned in the amenities. Also had to call when there to get the info on location and entry as no email was sent.

The only negative was, check in is after 4 pm, and deli was closed for incidentals like milk. We did book near the end of August. So probably not prime season.
