Enjoyed our stay. The wildlife, quiet & peaceful. We used all amenities and had a great time. There was something for everyone. We would definitely visit again. The host had a gift basket on the table. Everyone enjoyed that. We appreciated that.

House was very comfortable, I had six adults and five grandchildren. Plenty of room and location across from tennis and basketball courts was great as I have two grandsons and they were able to run over there whenever they wanted.had

Lovely spacious cabin in Poconos, close to parks and hiking, and local spots - comfortably fit 10 couples, can easily fit 14 people if they wanna use the bunk beds. House is stocked with everything you need, great amenities inside (we played board games and ping-pong/billiards) as well as basketball/tennis (use wristbands provided by HOA). Mike and Pat are very nice and responsive hosts.

Layout of the home was perfect for our family. Management a little too strict with some of their policies. Each home is only given 8 passes to the amenities so only 8 people can go at a time and there is no way to purchase or get more. HVAC units in the home need upgrading. Window unit replaces one mini split in the Living Room area (noisy) and blows right at you when seated at the table. At least two other mini split systems in the bedrooms did not cool even being set on 65. We could not get one TV going in a bedroom downstairs even with troubleshooting steps given by the owner. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots etc. Plenty of lines for all. Lawn was really long and should have been cut before we arrived. My daughter was obsessed with the cob web that was hanging on the stand up lamp in the corner. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. Important areas like the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Owner was very responsive when we reached out.

My family had a great week at this beautiful home. The owners had a gift basket of snacks waiting for us on the dining room table when we arrived. We would absolutely consider coming back again for another vacation week in the future.

From start to finish renting this Pocono Mountain home was a pleasure. Our group of 5 couples really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had all the amenities. It was great to have clean linens as well. The owners were so easy to communicate with. A great weekend was had by all!! Would definitely rent here again.

Mike and Pat are great owners. The house was clean and as described in the listing. This house is perfect for multiple families since it has 2 living areas. The welcome gift on arrival was very nice. The house is close to JFBB and other local activities.

The house is so perfect for a family with guests ages from 92 to 5 years with three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. It was also up-to-date and clean with everything you needed. Mike, Pat and Samantha were wonderful. The kids had a great time swimming at the pool, using the hot tub, and playing Foosball and table tennis at the house. I would recommend this house to a family of any ages. Thank you, Mike and Pat for sharing your home with us for a fun week with our grandkids for fun end of summer time together! We hope to be back!

A beautiful well equipped and well cared for home within easy walking distance of all the amenities. We loved the individual a/c controls in each bedroom, having two refrigerators, the large table that comfortably sat our group of 8, the keypad for easy entry for all without having a key. Having family fun all together without any glitches - priceless. Thank you Mike and Pat!

We had a great time here. The property was well maintained, house was clean and ready for us. Close to a lot of fun and interesting things to do.
Close to stores for supplies.
Deer were so close we were feeding them out of our hands.
Mike was very helpful when we had an issue with the air conditioner. The house was big enough for all 14 of us. We did not get in each other's way.
Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable family get away.

This house is a really nice place to stay at with an abundance of accommodations to enjoy. Being right across the street from tennis courts and the lake are quite convenient and they have tennis racquets (and other sports activity equipment) there for your use! The kitchen is nicely equipped and the appliances all work well. The extra fridge on the lower level was a nice bonus! The house is conveniently located near major attractions and a Dollar General was really close by! I would definitely stay at this housie again the next time I vacation in the Poconos!

Mini vacation with the grandkids
We enjoyed the amenities at the house and the pool and beach.
We hiked at Hickory Run State Park, which is very close.
Saw lots of deer and a bear in the community.

Great location.
End of June 2022 stay: The property was very well stocked with everything needed. We enjoyed having Netflix, the game tables and jacuzzi, two refrigerators- one on each level, and the beds were super comfortable. The home was very clean except for a few cob webs in the bunk bed room. The living room air conditioner unit is under repair, but they did provide a temporary window unit until fixed— a bit noisy but tolerable to stay cool. Inside the jacuzzi was very clean, but the outside of the cover should be cleaned regularly as it was very dirty. The upper deck needs a better cleaning in between guests and possibly sprayed for bugs/spiders more regularly. You will see lots of deer, ground hogs, and foxes in the area. We had a great time.

Perfect weekend getaway
This property is in a great location right across from the tennis courts, basketball courts and lake. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the house! The owners were very responsive too. I would recommend it!

Excellent weekend getaway
Stayed here with a group of adults, and loved this rental. Functional, spacious, and many features to keep us entertained. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and helped with any/all needs. Convenient location as well. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great Little Getaway
We only stayed 2 days but it was exactly what we needed. We went to the Poconos to ski for the weekend and only was in the house for a short time but we had everything we needed. We cooked dinner both nights and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and feeding the deer. We would go back again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect house for a weekend trip to the Poconos! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had a ton of games for entertainment. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to relax after a long day of skiing. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. They even left us a gift basket full of snacks! I could not be more satisfied with my experience :)

We really enjoyed the cabin and location.
We had a few hiccups with the cabin functioning that caused challenges but the hosts, who are extremely responsive and helpful, resolved as quickly as they were able. It’s a bit smaller than pics imply but wonderfully met our space needs. I suggest booking ski lift tickets in advance if that’s what your plans are, they were sold out our weekend visit. Would certainly recommend.

Really nice short stay
Very nice property. 7 of us (4 adults, 3 kid between 5 and 7) had a really good time. Plenty of space to keep distance, kids enjoyed the arcade game and lots of movies to pick from. Really nice kitchen too. On a minor note, the tvs seemed more difficult to work and the cleaners left a bag of chips and used water bottles under a couch. That said, I’d definitely stay again.

Weekend getaway
This house was amazing. Everything was super clean. Mike and Pat left a welcome pack of snacks for us with a hand written note, which was so sweet. The house had all the amenities you could ask for, all of which were in working order. The hot tub was a very nice treat. Everyone had a great time. Totally recommend!!

Cozy and spacious, good gaming
This house had lots of space, but also felt cozy. It has a good layout. From the dinner table, we could see the lake. The kids ran laps around the yard and could ride their bikes in the street (with a little supervision, there is the occasional slow moving car). The grownups set up a complicated bracket playoff system with the foosball and pingpong tables. The kitchen had plenty of space. We biked on the D&L rail trail, the Levee Trail in Wilkes Barre, and the Ironton rail trail. All were reasonably close by.

Place was great! Very spacious, lots of room. Our favorite part was the deer would eat right out of your hands It! It worked out great we had a kid floor and an adult floor. Downstairs had 2 room with pool table, ping pong, and faus ball. Upstairs had a well equipped kitchen. Came with sheets, towels, and even starter supplies! Made it very easy to check in, as beds were made, towels and paper supplies already there. Deck had nice peekaboo view of the lake. The tennis courts and basketball courts were steps away. The club house was a 5 minute drive or 20 min walk. Beach was closed, not sure if just that day or not. Pool was decent size. Arcade had about 15 games. Overall great house, the deer made our week!

Nice House
The house was nice enough. Having linens there was super nice. The dishwasher was not working upon our arrival though. We called and they said someone would be out. No one ever came to fix it. Hand washing dishes all week wasn’t fun.

Amazing and accommodating
Our stay was incredible. The house was very clean and cute and had so much space for everyone. Everyone slept great and had a great time utilizing the front yard. Mike was super friendly, accommodating, and understanding. The neighbor was dramatic and rude, but just for anyone who has any funny ideas, no fireworks are allowed on the property! Other than that, there were no problems whatsoever
