The staff are very kind and personable, which is typical of Egyptians, and they gave us lots of very helpful local advice. Reema made us feel very welcome when we arrived.
Excellent location and the hotel is relatively quiet for its location.
Exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows! We did sleep well.
A/C works well. Breakfast is decent. Excellent same day laundry service.
Nothing really. A table and chair is always good but would not fit as the room is not large, but the size was acceptable for the 2 of us.

There is no elevator. However, staff is ready to help with the bags on the stairs.

I arrived past midnight and had to wait 2 hours before getting the room.
They could not find the key!!!!.

The location is exactly in downtown and easily accessible to all sites. But the location map in google is a little inaccurate.
There was no elevator and you had to climb some steps to reach the entrance. The breakfast was also at a level above. I specifically enquired about the step-climbing when I booked as my leg was injured but I was not informed of the steps.

The location is good but road facing rooms are very noisy at night... don't check in them.Mr.Hatim is a nice person.Mr.Ragav is also a good help.

The staff and location was the only two likeable things.
Sabah, Manal and Rajab and Ameer all good people.
Comfort of bed, hygiene of the room, layout of the room i.e tv just in front of the wardrobe bed on opposite side.
Health and safety, toliet shower just be the urinal and open electric sockets in the near wall.
They promised early check-in and confirmed by email, still I was made to wait more than 7hrs on chairs.
