Buen servicio, habitaciones cómodas, el desayuno y la cena muy buenas, amabilidad por parte del personal, tv con dirección tv.
El almuerzo del lunes estaba demasiado grasoso, ambos tuvimos indigestión y pesadez, el aceite de las comidas fritas sabía a aceite quemado, mi novio incluso vómito antes de salir de la hostería.
En la habitación no había shampoo, solo había acondicionador.
En el WhatsApp se demoraron demasiado para responder y por eso la reserva se hizo por Booking quien manejaba una tarifa mucho más elevada que la que ofrecían en la hostería, entonces tenemos insatisfacción con la elevada diferencia de precios entre las dos partes sabiendo que el lugar es el mismo y los servicios son los mismos.

En ningún momento pudimos alojarnos, nos reubicaron en otro hotel.
Falta de comunicación, nos pusieron a esperar y nos desconocieron sabiendo que la niña de san ángel ya sabía la situación y sabiendo que llegamos después de las 8 pm!

We had to wait for an hour for the check-in. The glass in one of the gliding doors was broken and when we asked them to place cardboard or plastic to cover it, they said it was okay to leave it like that.

The look of the look of the room , it was cute. The pool was nice also,
There was no hot water,both in evening and morning no hot water, breakfast was very salty

Good value. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rate included dinner, breakfast and lunch. We had breakfast and lunch before checkout, and both meals were exceptional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the the town’s square, but not in the best-looking area. It feels more like a motel than a hotel.
We found a huge roach crawling in the bathroom. The bed frame was dirty and you could tell the bedding skirt Gad not been replaced or washed. We also found bugs and what looked like little roaches in between the mattress and bed frame. Also, there was no shower in our suite. Just a tub with a hose-like shower head. We had to shower in the tub while holding up the shower head. Not very comfortable or practical.

Breakfast. It's yummy.
I came early in the morning and NOBODY would open the doors for me so I decided to call all the phone numbers they have listed until a lady answered and told me she could not help me at all because I made my reservation via Boooking. So I decided to come back a couple of hours later only to find out the people at the front desk are only there after 8:15 am or so. I have never seen a hotel where they do not have people at the front desk 24/7.
They have not bothered installing automatic doors so you always need to find some guy or somebody to open the doors for you if you are leaving the place. This place is pretty much a jail.
They have terrible music playing very loudly 16 hours a day. This is NOT a place where you would have tranquility. Also, forget about being able to use their wifi internet since it's so terribly Slow you will barely be able to do anything.
There is no hot water in any room, but this was not an issue for me however many other guests complained about this.

The room was good although musty
No wifi in room, the staff was not the best, there is no hot water, there is a jacuzzi but with cold water. Not enough sheets. The food was not the best.

I like the rooms and the style of the hotel with four different pools

The lights in the bathroom worked for only 15 minutes. There were only 2 rooms left when I booked so Im sure I got one of the worst rooms they had. The food was good, the staff were very friendly.
I didnt like that the room didnt have a private door for the bathroom, and the lights in the bathroom didnt work. I get why they dont have hot water but the day we stayed there is wasnt hot outside, I would settle for warm water.
