Great place, had everything we needed and was very close to where we needed to be.

We stayed here to have quick access to Canyon Lake. Clean and perfect amount of room. Communication was good and had no issues. Neighborhood is dark at night and can take a little bit of navigating but not bad overall. This is a full size guest house. Backyard is shared with main house but still felt private. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect house for our needs. Daughter and wedding party used to get ready and myself and friends used for night of the wedding. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and could have not asked for a more perfect stay.

Great hosts great house felt like home

The place was spotless, beds were comfortable and it was in a nice location. Thank goodness for GPS as we came in at 11:00 at night and it might be a little tricky to find in the dark but we drove right to it and it was a pleasant surprise. WAY better than a motel and only slightly more expensive than a cheap hotel room. We would definitely stay there again!!

A little bright inside in south bedrooms, and echo's inside. Very Clean!!!! Had every thing we needed.

We love the location of this home. It is close to everything yet off the beaten path. We enjoy our daily hikes behind the house or at the Lost Dutchman. This house is very clean and well maintained. The owners are wonderful! Erin and Jimmy are very friendly and accommodating.

We wanted to stay somewhere where we felt like we were in the middle of the desert. Erin and Jim's place was perfect! With many trails leading into the desert and a spectacular view of Superstition Mt, this location filled all our needs. The house is close to Canyon Lake, Goldfield Ghost town and what became our favorite place to country dance, the Hitching Post. Get on 60, head 10 minutes west and there's Mesa. If you love swap meets, you'll find THE one off the Signal Butte exit. We had the most amazing time and our host's were very friendly, great people and prompt with getting anything we needed. I was looking for a place with a view of the Superstitions. This is the place! Although I was in this house solo, it is nicely set up for a family to stay. I appreciated all of the contact I was able to have with Erin via text. The owners are very responsive. Thanks for filling the bill for me!

We were attending a wedding at “The Paseo” this property was literally across the street! House was well kept and very clean!!

We brought our 95 year old dad to stay here for a week, and it couldn't have been better! We enjoyed the amazing view of the Superstition Mountains from the patio each morning over coffee, and each evening watching the glow of the setting sun light up the mountain. As if that wasn't enough, our hosts were extra attentive and provided us with extras to make my dad more comfortable - pillow for the patio chair, etc. They responded to our every question or request promptly! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the location was the best we could have hoped for - so much to do within short distances. We drove the scenic Apache Trail loop up through Tortilla Flats, on to Roosevelt Lake, and home via Globe and Florence. A must do ! (as long as you don't mind driving steep narrow mountain roads ). Also did other scenic drives in the area, visited 2 National Monuments, state parks, took a boat ride on Canyon Lake, etc. We hated to leave after 6 days of touring, but hope to return to continue exploring, and will definitely choose to stay here again!

Super clean, super comfy, super accommodating. First time using Home Away, Erin made it a breeze. We were attending a wedding at the Paseo, which was literally right around the corner. Spectacular views!

This really work well for my family for that weekend. Very clean and very nice place. There wat room for my wife and I my son daughter-in-law and granddaughter. We go back again hopefully this place be available. And I want to thank the owners.

We really enjoyed our stay at this "Desert Getaway". It was off the beaten path but close to everything. The owners were great and wonderful people. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed hiking right off the property or at the Lost Dutchman. There are great views of the Superstition Mountains and the city lights. We've already made plans to come back next year!

Very nice family and so thoughtful. They wanted to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Noticed we liked sitting on the patio and the next morning there was a side table there for us. Very clean and some nice, unexpected touches were provided such as: olive oil, butter, coffee, a first aid kit. Comfortable beds, adding a nightstand or something to place luggage in the two bedrooms and a lamp in the bunk bed room would be helpful. By the end of our visit we felt like we had visited friends. The location is a short drive to shopping, but quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Get your groceries at the new Fry's Marketplace - what a store. Expect a short trek through the neighborhood on a well maintained, unpaved road (it was fun and added to the adventure); be sure to have a personal hotspot as this area has no wifi. A short distance to Canyon Lake, don't miss that. Beautiful view of Superstition Mountain. A TERRIFIC value and awesome experience overall.
