Apartamento bem aconchemgante e bem equipado com ótima localização.

Location was amazing and the best neighborhood in Buena Aires. Building was completely secure and safe. Host was responsive and reasonable.

there were several small items that either weren’t completely clean or weren’t taken care of… For example, the hairdryer fell out of the wall, and tells we’re not replenished or changed during a five day stay. also, information in the room said that late check out cost $40, and then the host demanded $90 when I asked about it.

the street is extremely noisy so at 8am the traffic noise is very hard to deal with. you cannot pay with credit card, which is not mentioned before booking. you have to bring Argentine pesos or use dollars which they take ~20% ish less than market value.

we booked the room from the airport at 0:30 since it was written there was a reception 24/7h. we received the confirmation and when we arrived there at 2am. there was only a man from the security who was unable to contact someone from the hotel. not even an apology, we had to leave and find another hotel. I contacted Booking and the hotel for a reimbursement but the hotel never replied. it’s a shame from booking for accepting booking after the limit time for checkin (midnight) and the hotel for never replying… don’t go there

Floor, towels and sheets were dirty. Air-con did not work in the living room and kept turning off in the bedroom. Furniture was old or broken. Wi-Fi was poor.

Apartment is quite outdated - sheets have stains on them, towels as well - bathroom is old and unpractical, things breaking and there was a consistend odd smell in the bathroom

We enjoyed our stay at the 1 bedroom apartment. Loved the pool! Keys were very easy to collect at midnight.

It would have been nice to be provided with tea and coffee and 2 rolls of toilet paper. However there is a store around the corner to buy these items that we later discovered.

The apartment was well located with lots of the sites of Palermo within walking distance. The pool on the roof was decent, but no pool towels provided. Room AC worked well.

The booking listing seemed as if this was an apart-hotel but it was really just an airbnb style "apartment" rental. It wasn't really an apartment though and did not include a living room as listed every unit was supposed to. My room was a glorified hotel room with an odd kitchenette built into the closet. The whole thing was very confusing. I was told I would check in at reception, but there was no reception, just a security guard who didn't speak any English at the front which made completing payment and getting any information a challenge. Everything in the room had a dinge too it, from the bedding to the towels, the curtains, and the furniture. Just plain worn out all around. Overall, this place was 2.5 times more expensive but way less nice than an actual airbnb I stayed in the prior weekend in Buenos Aires.

we were given dirty towels and dirty bedding. the extra bedding in the cupboard including the extra pillows were filthy

the location is perfect, there is a security check at the front of the building, it’s safe place. the accomodation was clean .
