All was perfect including also the welcome gifts in the fridge. The view was amazing. also two families could live here separately.

Living at the 8th floor was amazing concerning the view, but one day the lift was broken so coming down with all baggages was hard - but this is sth that you cannot predict.

The apartment is spacious, clean and very stylish, with very comfortable beds. A well equipped kitchen, with everything you could possibly need and even a surprise welcome pack of bread, ham, cheese, eggs, juice, beers and a bottle of wine, which I thought was a lovely touch. Also, in the toilet/shower rooms they provided soap, shampoo, toilet rolls... etc Checking in to the apartment was easily done through a code and a link/app, and once inside there were 2 sets of keys that could be used for your stay, as well as gaining access via the app/link. Although contact with the hosts was done via emails, so we didn't actually meet them, they were very friendly and helped provide any information we needed prior to getting there, and even allowed me to check in a bit earlier as my flight into Faro was early.

The location wasn't perfect, as the area of the apartment block is a little dull, but it is only a short walk from the main town. Also, I think we were a little unlucky to pick a week when the apartment upstairs was having some constuction done, so there was a fair bit of noise if we were in the apartment during the day.

The apartment was as described, very well equipped. The response from the owners was excellent, we had a problem with the safety deposit boxes in one of the bedrooms (our fault!). A message to Esmeralda and Fernando was responded to in minutes and Esmeralda arrived to sort it out within an hour.

The only quibble I would have was about the location, but that was very minor.

The communication with the host is magnificent and they are always eager to help and make our stay comfortable. They were very responsive to some of our requests without delay and hesitation. A welcome basket was provided with wine, beer, juice, water, ham, cheese and bread as well as some other things. I was very happy and comfortable to stay in this place. It has everything you might need and more.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the marina and the town. Nice touch to have food and drink essentials there when we arrived. Esmeralda and Fernando were very helpful and responsive before and during our visit. We also booked taxis with them.

10 minute walk from the old town and the docks, easy access to the salt marshes. Amazing place to kayak. The flat was superb. Very quiet, with triple glazing, wonderful air con and a level of equipment rarely seen for the price. Lovely welcome pack on arrival to get you started. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!
