I colori del Riad
Il bagno condiviso mai pulito, il letto scomodo duro come un sasso, la doccia senza porta

Très bon accueil et excellent petit déjeuner
Un peu peu plus de modernisme

Location and rooftop view only
Booked a room with double bed but instead got 2 single beds, hard as a rock, may as well have slept on the floor. Cold in the room, didn't offer tea or breakfast, super loud family downstairs with screaming kids, don't expect to sleep before midnight. No consideration for guests staying in the riad obviously, very disappointing

Top location! Very comfortable beds. Very nice decorated Ryad. Gives you an instant Moroccan feeling. The rooftop terrace is amazing and it feels like a home away from home. They also gave us the choice in which room we wanted
No own toilet, but we had the whole floor to ourselves, so the toilet was kind of private for us.
1.0
the location, the best city views from the rooftop.
little room without any facilities, not very clean
4.0
The building and decoration went some way to alleviating the inadequacies of the facilities offered
We can get by without any airconditioning but to have no ceiling fan was a travesty.

Hayat! Our host made sure we had a fabulous experience. Right from the time we reached the riad, our host ensured our room met our needs to be as comfortable as possible. We were welcomed with the traditional tea and sweets!
It's the efforts that caught our attention inspite of the language barrier. We were also asked what time the breakfast was needed, and on the second day, even though it was early, Hayat was there well ahead of time!!
Great location!
She arranged a safe place for my motorcycle too!!
Nothing at all!!

I like most the decoration and the localization...
At first the staff ask me to paid the breakfast and the local taxes when I had already paid.
Than I saw in the room some ants. The bedroom it only with shower and washstand and that wasn't mention on the announcement.
At the end the staff made the breakfast and didn't charge me the taxes again but I need to lose some time with the subject in the evening and in the morning again.

- delicious breakfast
- very friendly staff (but unreliable and they speak poor English)
- good location
- great rooftop terrace
- the whole house is simply beautiful and traditional
Totally unorganised and unreliable
I arrived at 17:00 and they were surprised. They asked me if I have booked a room in advance (I have even done the payment, and received a booking confirmation).
They showed me my room (in the state left by previous tourists). They gave me a key and told me to come later, so that they will prepare the room.
I returned at 22:00 and my room was still in the same state as at 17:00. I found the staff member and explained the situation. She apologized and told me to wait a little bit more. In 10 minutes my room was "ready". I am not sure how much normally cleaning a room should take, and I will not judge based on that. However, the shower cabin was dirty and there were obvious flakes on the blanket (I felt very uncomfortable to use it, as I seriously doubted it has been washed in a while).
Another situation, and the one that bothered me the most was that they let me down in a safety related situation. I kindly asked them if they can call me a taxi very early (at 4:00) on my leaving day. The staff member (who I already mentioned, looked and talked to me in a very friendly manner) told me she will find a solution for me. She then approached me and told me that there is a male staff member who is ready to walk me to the train station (it's a 15 min walk). I was very thankful for this solution. She told me I would find the man early in the morning in the terrace. When the time came, at 04:00 I was up in the rooftop terrace waiting for him. And as you probably can guess by now, he hasn't showed up. I have waited as much as I could and I had to take a walk on my own, as a tiny solo traveller female, on the streets of Rabat at 04:00. I feel myself lucky that nothing has happened to me, but I suggest anyone in this situation not to rely on what the hosts say.
There is a TV, but it has no remote control (maybe if you ask the staff they will explain how to turn it on; I didn't).
The WC is shared.

Location.
Worst experience in Morocco. This is more of a hostel than a hotel. It's hard to find it. The rooms are practically not isolated. Everything is old and uncomfortable. The shower is terrible. The staff is bad - I had to wait 15 minutes in front of a closed door, in the end one of the guests opened for me. I waited for the manager for another 20 minutes. Towels were brought only late in the evening. To my question about breakfast, they categorically said that breakfast was exactly at 9.00, but in the end at 9.00 there was no staff at all and breakfast was brought only at 10.00.

Staff very nice and helpful, very traditional house, nice view from the roof terrace... But we stay too short time (1 night) to say more.
Not easy to find the address in the small street, but how can it be different in a Medina :-)

Amazing breakfast and view!! rooms and everything amazing!

Very comfortable terrace (which we could enjoy after checkout), good Wi-Fi. Great location and easy to find. The staff speaks English and is helpful.
The shower could use a curtain. The bread at the breakfast was not very fresh.
