The only downside we found was the three smaller windows in two bedrooms had no coverings, and the rooms were much brighter from moonlight than anyone had anticipated. Perhaps shades might be a needed improvement. Overall, we give this a 5+ star review! The area is beautiful and has hiking trails nearby. We didn't use the hot tub or swim pool, as the outside temps were not very warm.

On one hand this was the worst experience we have had with a VRBO property, but because of one bad thing I don't think it warrants an overall bad rating. My wife and I both work remotely, so having a working internet connection is paramount to our being able to go on vacation. We had no working internet the whole stay which made us have to rent a completely separate property in town so that we could work. We didn't get to enjoy staying at the property as much as we wanted. We tried to work with the management company each day to resolve the issue, but there was no solution to making the internet work for us. Had they NOT advertised that there was internet available we would have chosen a different place, but when they advertise there is internet, and there isn't, it makes it very frustrating. The property is amazing and when we were there we loved it, but having to drive into town each day to work from a separate hotel until the evening was SUPER frustrating. They did refund us a small amount, which we didn't ask for, but was at least a good gesture on their part. If they had working internet we would stay here again in a heartbeat, but without internet it wasn't our favorite experience. Location = Great. Super clean. Tons of amenities.... except the one most important one to our family. So if you can live without internet I would stay here. If you need internet... I would pass. That is my honest assessment.

Perfect stay for a group! Spacious and well stocked for our golf group. Hot tub and patio area was great and the video game room was a hit. Clean and well appointed place-would definitely stay again.

Property was clean and very nice. Tucked away from the city but easy drive into town. We loved all the appliances, equipment for outdoor activities, and easy access to the pool and courts. Staff was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely stay again.

The Kitchen, dining and family room has plenty of space for a family. The pool and pickleball courts are nearby. The upstairs arcade games kept the kids entertained too.

Everyone had a great time and I would definitely rent this property again if needed. It was a great place for us to meet together as a family for a celebration of life. We loved the amenities hot tub, game room, bikes, etc. Having a pool and pickle ball court close by was awesome. I would recommend this to others and when we come back to St. George we would definitely rent it again.

We had a nice weekend and golf outing here. I’d recommend it for both.

We had a wonderful stay for a family adventures. Many different people going in different directions and this was a wonderful location and accommodated our needs well. The space was inviting and had plenty of room for everyone to have individual time as well. We love the game room, fire pit, an outdoor living space. All around a great place.

The home was very well thought out to accommodate many. The beds ranged from firm to soft with nice linens, including towels. Appliances were all available and best of their kind. We enjoyed having room for everyone around the large round table as well as the outdoor patio space!! Enjoyed the bikes, board games, and being close to shopping. I would highly recommend for any family or friend group looking to vacation together. The only thing I’d say was missing were coasters to protect the beautiful wood tables. I kept naturally reaching for them. 😊

Very nice spacious place. Plenty of beds, plenty of gathering areas. We enjoyed getting the whole family together. Evenings on the patio with the fire pit were great. Barbecue worked great. I even beat the high score on Ms Pac-Man. Brought me back to my youth. So much fun. It is a great gathering place.

One side of the house was freezing all night and the other side was hot. The fire pit was not working and a lamp in the unit. The place was well stocked and the beds were very comfy though. I did ask a question through the Red Rock management text and was not responded to. The pickle ball courts were never available. The pool was very nice but the chairs at the pool were awful.

Over all, this was a great place to stay with enough things to do to keep everyone happy. The ping pong table, pickleball courts and bicycles were enjoyable & handy. One night though, next door, there was a soccer team staying. A group of older girls, drinking, laughing, talking & shouting, till 3 A..M. They were quite loud, and kept everyone in our house awake. The swimming pool was very nice also, except one night, there was another group swimming with their dog, throwing a ball all around to go fetch. Very inconsiderate I think. Our family's didn't like swimming or staying around with that going on. It wasn't long before they had everyone else out of the pool and had the pool to themselves.
