My family needed accommodations for our weekend at Jay Peak, and were lucky that we found this condo. It was clean and a great size for our family. We could have walked to the lifts on Stateside or to the Grammy Jay trail, but chose to drive over to the hotel parking for convenience in meeting our friends. The condo had everything we needed including games to keep the kids entertained during downtime.

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. The condo was perfect for the four of us. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and updated. It was a short walk out to the trail, so it made skiing in and out very easy. David was very easy to work with. Great communication. Would definitely recommend.

David's place was a great spot for our annual ski weekend at Jay! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to relax and cook meals, exactly as described. It's as close to Stateside as Jay condos get, so you can't beat the ski in/out location. We hope to stay here again next winter!

Comfortably sleeps five with easy access to the mountains. Nice size kitchen for cooking!

Unit was clean and very well equipped. King bed, 4 bunks and a pull out couch slept our family of 5 comfortably. Nice gas fireplace. TV and Internet services were great. Kitchen had good appliances and easily equipped us to cook our meals. Location had access (2 min walk) to double chair and kids area. 4 min walk to stateside amenities. Shuttles came very frequently to access main resort. Could not walk to main resort. Ski locker was handy. Lots of maintenance was going on while we stayed there. Snow removal crews were diligent in clearing paths and lot.

The condo was terrific. The owner, David, was very responsive and prompt when it came to answering to any questions that we had. Condo was as advertised: clean, close to the slopes, and had plenty of room. His property manager, Sarah, was also quick to respond and super helpful. Highly recommend this condo!

.. for families with young(er) kids. Mine are 2 & 3 and the kids adventure center was walking distance (even with ski gear) across the street. Daycare is even in the same building. The 2 bedroom condo layout provided ample space floor my energetic kids to run around. 2 twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom means an even larger family would be comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had hand soap in each sink location which for me is a must. Very clean and orderly. We loved this condo and can’t emphasize enough about how good the location is for our type of family. I would keep this on my list of rentals for future trips to Jay Peak!

My wife and 3 adult kids had a wonderful time at Jay Peak thanks in large part to the ski in ski out accomodations. The condo was the right size for us and it had all we needed. We made a stop in Morrisville to purchase groceries, so we made good use of the kitchen and dining areas. We were able to access our streaming accounts and had no bandwidth issues. The family area had enough seating to enjoy movies. Be aware that besides salt and pepper and sugar, there aren't other condiments. Bring your own oil, butter, spices etc.

We booked on a whim and this unit was relatively inexpensive with few reviews at the time so I didn’t have high expectations. I was super excited to arrive to a spotless unit stocked with the essential kitchen utensils and supplies. This unit sits right off the trail which was convenient for our 5 year old. We could go out for a few runs and back with little hassle. The mountain is great for all levels, definitely a mountain one can grow into. Zero complaints on our stay! One suggestion might be to bring a humidifier. I found it very dry especially at night. I’d definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!!

The condo was perfect for my family’s Jay Peak getaway. The condo was impeccable, the kitchen well-stocked, the location (across the street from the kids ski lessons and adjacent to the Grammy Jay trail) could not have been better. And the owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We hope to come back.
