Overall had a great stay. Would consider staying again!

This was our first time staying at Dans place and it won’t be the last. The property had everything you needed and more. It was very clean and organized. Dan answered every question that I had (maybe to many) in a matter of minutes. If you’re thinking of visiting this area don’t hesitate to stay here you won’t be disappointed. We are already talking about when we can go back in the spring to take my granddaughter to Storyland. Thanks Dan.

We stayed here on a friend's/family trip to hike in the white mountains. Upon arrival the condo was clean. Dan also let us check in early. Checking out was simple, with very little needed to be done on our part.

This property was set up for family vacation to Story Land, North Conway and other area attractions. The condo is clean and quiet but right off route 16 about a mile from Story Land. Plenty of space for large group. The pool facilities right next door were great. The owner was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Great spot for a family weekend getaway!

The condo was just as described perfect place for family! Clean and plenty of towels. Already booked to go back in October. Definitely recommend this place! Also 2 minutes to Storyland!

We loved this property and the location. Quick responses when communicating with the owner. The only thing I would note in the description is that access to the Nordic Village pool area is not included. We had to pay $34 for a 24 hour pass. That should be noted for full transparency. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied with our stay.

We stayed around the holidays and had an excellent time. Condo was neat and also had a Christmas tree which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend.

Our family of 4 (2 teens) stayed here just before Christmas. Our goal was 1-2 days of skiing/snowboarding at either Attitash or Wildcat - got some good runs in at Wildcat, a quick 14 minute drive up the road. Location of this place was perfect - close to ski areas AND restaurants on the way to N Conway. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone (three separate sleeping areas with enough bed space for 10!), and host made sure there was plenty of amenities for cooking our own foods (spices, oil, pots & pans) and keeping cozy in the living room (TV with internet hook up, lap blankets, gas fireplace.) We would DEFINITELY stay here again, any time of year.

We loved this place. The pictures online are very accurate to how the place looks. It was very cozy inside, and everything was well stocked in the kitchen. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. We will definitely stay here again, and plan to go back next year!

This beautiful home is so peaceful and well equipped for a family gathering with great access to restaurants and attractions. Owner was extremely responsive to and helpful with any needs or questions. Recommend very highly!

We had a great time on our trip. The condo is exactly what we needed for our family and the location can't be beat. We had a small hiccup with check-in and Dan was available immediately via phone. He was very helpful and resolved the issue immediately. Highly recommend!

Loved Dan’s condo, felt like our own getaway home. It had all the amenities that anyone could need, quiet, comfortable furniture, & so so clean! Only stayed 2 nights but just up the road from Storyland. This was just perfect for my daughter & 2 year old grandson visiting from Ireland. Dan even sent a message during our stay to make sure everything was ok! That was so nice of him, a great host! Definitely would love to go back when my family comes back to visit😊

Other than the beginning being a little different due to a maintenance issue, everything was great. The place had everything we needed and the pools were great. The location was excllent.

Our family had a great week at Dan’s condo in August. The unit was spacious enough for our family of seven and my father-in-law to all fit comfortably. We’ll be back again, hopefully soon.

New Hampshire Summer Family Trip
Dan was great to work with. Always responded to questions very quickly. Condo was spacious with lots of sleeping options. It is centrally located to many restaurants and attractions.

Nice condo. It was clean and had plenty of room. The double bunk beds are a plus on 3rd floor. The amenities are a bit rustic but all functional. 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and I believe indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. One tennis court and a half court basketball court. Recommended if you are looking to stay in this area.

Great location!
The condo was clean and fit our family great. Right near storyland and other north conway restaurants too. One thing I would note is more towels would have been a plus! Thanks for the fun stay.

Did not stay
We did not stay. The weather tuned and the race we were supposed to attend was cancelled. I emailed for a potential resolution and heard nothing. I understand if there was not a solution but I received no communication and that is unacceptable.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were even better that we thought.The Pool and hot tub were so much fun for all of us.Dan was fast to reply, we would definitely do it again👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Perfect location and property!
We were 2 families staying with 3 kids 5 and under together. The layout 2 was perfect for what we needed. Property itself was great and using the indoor pool was awesome to tire the kids out. The outdoor hot tub was also amazing in decemeber! The kids loved it. Property is close to a grocery store and a short drive to downtown North Conway. We also took the kids to Santa's Village which is about 45 minutes and well worth it.
We would love to stay again!

Quaint, Cozy Stay!
Lovely rental! Gorgeous location with a fabulous interior. Amazing nearby shops which were convenient for my family and I! Loved our stay here, quiet and peaceful 😄

Comfortable Stay
We only stayed for 2 nights but it was a great place for us 3 adults. We loved the spacious kitchen because we cooked most meals there. The balcony and fireplace were nice touches. Dan was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again!

Great place and location!
Condo was everything it was described to be and more. The bunk beds on the 3rd floor were a pleasant surprise and a hit with the kids. A/C in each bedroom was a relief as days we were there ran hot. Everything you could need was included in the condo including a stroller! The amenities including the pools, hot tub, rec room were a great added bonus. Dan was excellent to work with and was quick to respond to any and all questions we had. Dan made check-in and check-out easy and contactless. I highly recommend anyone looking in the area to look at this condo.

Amazing girls weekend
Had a great time. This townhouse was perfect for us girls. Plenty of room and in a great location. Lots to do, we used the pool, jacuzzi, tubed the Saco River. All around great place to stay would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Perfect set up for a family and the grandparents
We loved all aspects of this condo and the resort amenities. The bedrooms and layout were perfect for our family of four and the grandparents. The condo has everything you need and even some bonus items like a stroller that proved to be a lifesaver for us at the theme parks. Condo looked and smelled clean, which is definitely a priority for us while traveling during a pandemic. We can't wait to come back.
