Better than expected in every way.

House is easy to find. Great location. Within walking distance to the shops and food in Hill City. Julie was easy to reach out to and answered any of our questions quickly. Would stay there again.

Hill City is the perfect location to take in all of the Black Hills adventures. Our condo was absolutely perfect and Julie was always within reach if any issues had come up. It is a beautiful place to unwind and relax after a full day. Restaurant are close and very good. You won’t be disappointed! We plan on coming back next year!

this was a great location, the host takes very good care of her place, lots of extra touches, coffee, good cooking utensils and pots and pans. If you are running the marathon the finish line and bus pick up are very close( walking distance although the walk back after the race might hurt). this is also a great location for home base to see all this area has to offer!

This property was great! It looks just like the pictures. It’s very clean with comfy beds and many extras. Julie is a wonderful host and is very easy to communicate with. The best part was the amazing views from the covered deck! It’s in a great location within a walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved this property! The view on the deck of Hill City is awesome! The place is cozy, comfortable and very clean and has anything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. A big shout out to Julie who was a great host and if you need anything she gets back to you right away! We will definitely be coming back here to stay!

Absolutely beautiful. From the moment you walked in to the cozy home and amazing views of Hill City. Julie was the best help. Gave us great info if things to do, places to eat. But coming home each night was just the best, relaxing, cozy warm. Can’t wait for our next visit!!!

This was easily one of the cleanest and well supplied VRBOs we’ve stayed in. So nice and comfortable! Check-in and check-out was smooth too. A great location when visiting the Black Hills with great views of Hill City!

The home is beautiful & has awesome views of Hill City & the surrounding mountains/hills! I love the 1880's Train & I enjoyed being able to watch it come & go! But I will also have to add that the home is very soundproof & the train whistle wasn't really noticed as long as you weren't listening for it. I can't wait to go back when we have more time to spend. Jo

What a great place to stay! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay while visiting the Black Hills. Everything was so homey and clean. 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen (fully stocked with everything you would ever need for cooking), a beautiful deck overlooking Hill City, double car garage, etc.

Couldn’t ask for nothing better. Wonderful stay. We will be back

We really enjoyed the house in Hill City. The view was great and the grill on back deck was nice for relaxing nights at the end of the day! Highly recommend! Great places to eat and a nice town to walk around. So much to see in this area!

All the comforts of home and convenient location to all local area attractions. Only thing is would have preferred not mail size ironing board and better iron. Everything else was perfect.

Clean house, great location, and very attentive owners!

The property was as described, which is a positive, as it was clean, well appointed, very nice, and close to Hill City and everything we wanted to see. Julie provided easy instructions for arrival and departure and was quick to answer an email asking for restaurant recommendations. Overall a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is great! Location provided an easy walk to town. All of the SD sites were close by for some very full days. We had a great time and appreciated the home base.

We booked our stay last minute and Julie was EXTREMELY accommodating. The house was exactly as listed and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We will definitely be back again!

The host's Julie & Doug go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were able to check into the house 3 hours early after a previous night of no sleep at a camp ground during Sturgis Rally. The bed will literally snuggle you in and not let you out (most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a rental). Julie checked in with me to see how things were going or to see if we needed anything. But to top ALL of this off, it was my boyfriends 50 make-up birthday as he had covid last year on his big day! While we were out on a ride, she came in, decorated, got him a birthday cake, and all the party favors to go with it! He was so surprised and blown away by her kindness! I would highly recommend This home away from home! Thank you again Doug and Julie, your amazing!

Looked for some place to stay in Hill City last minute to see all the sights. Was so happy with place, people renting and how nice the place was. Saw deer when we drove up to house. Would highly recommend the place. Close to all attractions. I will be recommending the place to my friends.

Julie was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any communication. The house is in a great location and was very comfortable for the four of us. Close to lots of things to see and do. Walk to town. Stay here and you will enjoy your spot on the Hill!

We had a great time staying at this property. The location was perfect for driving to local sites. The property is spacious and comfortable, great beds. We had everything we needed and good communication with Julie. We would love to come back and stay here again.
