Very clean; excellent facilities ver comfortable. Host was there to greet us on arrival and show us around.

There were 5 flights of stairs; we were not aware of this when we booked.

We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. We arrived several hours prior to check-in time and were able to go straight into the apartment early. A nice lady named Veronique waited for us at the apartment and gave us a tour of the apartment and talked us through the local attractions, despite the language barrier she tried her best. A bottle of local cider and a box of biscuits awaited us. The apartment itself is airy, spacious, modern and has plenty of natural light. We only needed one bedroom so used the spare bedroom as a walk-in closet. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and all the appliances, crockery and pots and pans you will need. It even has two types of coffee machines - for Nespresso and drip coffee (pods and coffee grounds are supplied). The location is perfect and slightly away (like two minutes' walk) from the main tourist areas so it's nice and quiet. We cannot fault anything about this apartment!

The apartment is located on the 4th floor so we got our steps in during our stay. ;-)

A lot of stairs to climb with a newborn baby and all of the day to day bits required but a lovely apartment!

This wonderful apartment is all that you can ask for! Madame Veronique was very kind and helpful, showing us what’s around Saint Malo. And, we got also a warm messages from the owner! We even got fresh bottles of water and cider! It’s the place to be when you visit Saint Malo! We recommend it to everyone !!! 10 ++++
