Very easy process

Highly recommend this property in a great part of Warrnambool overlooking the beautiful Hopkins River. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely house, very clean and well maintained. Awesome deck overlooking the river with stunning views. Full kitchen with everything we needed to cook up our breakfasts each morning, no coffee machine but not a big deal for us. Remote garage with direct entry to house really great for wet days, although we had amazing weather during our 4 night stay. We walked to Logan’s beach Whale nursery lookout each morning, some steep hills but a lovely 35minute return walk if you don’t stop to take in the view. We were planning on bringing our 2 little dogs but found dog minders last minute, however this house would be perfect to bring your pet as a couple of very secure outdoor areas and a great dog beach along the river close by. Also, highly recommend the East Warrnambool fish and chip shop which delivered within 15 mins of our order, great fish n chips! Ideal after a lovely afternoon at Deep blue hot springs. Loved Warrnambool and would certainly stay in this very comfortable house again!

Stunning views from inside and from the enormous deck, this property is fabulous. Very clean, large living areas, separate bedroom wings with two bathrooms. Very pet friendly (rated highly by our dog - she loved her stay as well). We stayed for four nights. Excellent access to whale nursery lookout and lovely coastal walks. WiFi included. Well equipped kitchen and secure car parking in a nice neighbourhood. We loved our stay, highly recommended!

We had a lovely time away. House had everything we needed. We were comfortable and warm. Lovely and clean and as described online. View from balcony was amazing. We will definitely come back and recommend this property to our friends and family. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you for having us.

Very spacious accommodation. Loved the decking overlooking the river A few more amenities would have been appreciated, such as BBQ tools and more appliances and utensils in the kitchen.

House was well appointed with a beautiful view across the river. Some fittings are a little tired and are ready to be updated. A little more attention could be given to general presentation of the property.

Great location but property is outdated, needs attention. Garage wasn’t big enough to fit our car, and property was below standard regarding cleanliness. Cob webs inside and outside, kitchen benches needed to be wiped also.

I stayed with my 2 kids and our mini dachshund. The house was well equipped with everything we could of possibly needed. Unfortunately we didn't get great weather, however the property was well equipped for that also. Oil heaters in each room (very cosy) split system for overall house comfort and plenty of comfortable blankets and throws. The beach at the end of the street was amazing and the kids made use of the buckets and spades provided. The lock up garage was handy to unload the car out of the rain. The yard was secure and provided two areas that I could take my pet out for the toilet. The property was overall clean and perfect for some time away. We will definitely come back again and hope for better weather and stay longer. There was so much to do in Warnambool. We had an absolute ball. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable, fresh and modern. We just needed more heating as we found the lounge are cold. Heater was on highest setting. Loved the location, the view and the cleanliness and modern decor of this home. Animal area safe and secure. Lovely neighbours too. Would highly recommend. :)

The property was great and just as the photos look! Nothing to complain about. There were extra blankets and portable heaters supplied for each bedroom and plenty of space for a few cars! Only think to keep in mind is that if you have a low car you will have to try enter the driveway/garage on an angle to avoid scrapping the concrete. We made it possible with an i30 though so it’s very doable! 10/10 from our group of 6!!

Property was in a great location - short walk to the beach & nature walks, and a short drive to the town Centre. Beautiful view over the river made for great evenings. The house was clean, and well presented. Looking forward to our next stay there.

This house has great potential. It is in a great location if you have dogs and the views of the river are superb. A quiet residential street, too.The house was very clean but the house needs a few more things to make it a high quality home. The fridge was very small for a family of four, the cupboards were practically empty (ie we had to buy salt and pepper, sugar etc), there was no wash basket and the main bedroom bed was Shiite hard and uncomfortable. The sliding fly screens don’t work and the fly wire is torn.Just a few more things and it would be a five star (a welcome pack would also be a great addition).Jamie was a delight to deal with and the communication was fast and clear.

The deck is a little less fabulous with the new roofing. Just blocks a lot of sun and light that we really enjoyed last time.The fly screens could do with replacing as lots of bugs got in the house.Other than that, we absolutely love the view and location. Beds were super clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

The house is a short drive to a great dog beach where our companions had a great time - the river was also great as a dipping area for them. The house is as lovely as the pictures and features 2 dog safe areas - the courtyard near the door and a fenced, grassed area with the washing line. Perfect for them. A little outside the heart or Warnambool, but it is only a five minute drive. Peaceful, relaxing.

A very nice property, lovely views, very quiet neighbourhood and close to everything. It would have been nice if the heater was on for our arrival, took a bit to warm up. Would definitely go back.

This is an ideal stay for anyone looking for a lovely get away! Views are amazing and even better than you can take your fur babies with you. :)

We really enjoyed our short stay at Riverview , the property was very clean and extremely comfortable. It just needs some maintainence on the deck and it’s railing, otherwise a home that has all you need and the location is fantastic

Check out and check in was very easy and I would recommend the house to qanyone.

When we arrived at the house, we were all really impressed. The photo's really don't do it justice. The views were amazing and the place was really clean. Unfortunately what let this place down was the heating and the beds. Granted we were there on a really cold weekend, but the only heating in the house was a reverse cycle heater in the lounge. The size of the heater to the size of room meant that it couldn't produce enough heat to keep the place warm. We did find two additional heaters in the cupboards but there were three bedrooms that needed to be warmed so being good parents, we put the heaters in our kids rooms, leaving the master bedroom quite cold. There were a couple thin blankets in the house but we had brought extra doona's with us from home. Just as well. The master bed was quite hard for what we were use to, resulting in sore backs the next day. Sleep and heat aside, the house itself was great but we probably wouldn't go back as it wasn't really restful.

Property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful location. Many cups of tea had on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset views across the river. Quick stroll down the hill to reach the river and then walk along it to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more. The property was clean, well equipped and warm. The afternoon winter sun warms the whole house wonderfully.
