The location of this hotel was perfect – amidst the historic buildings of Binz but toward the quiet and leafy end of the promenade with the beautiful beach right in front. There are great restaurants nearby, and the pier and town centre are only a short stroll away. The breakfast was also a real highlight. It's served on site and you can either enjoy it on the patio with view of the ocean or in the cosy historic cellar (depending on the weather and your mood!). You can order from a menu and everything is made fresh. The lady who served us every day was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is very accessible due to the onsite a carpark and lift, and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

This isn't a criticism but something to be aware of – the rooms in the annex behind the villa (where we stayed) are very modern, sunny and spacious, but look onto surrounding buildings and carpark. If you want views of the ocean you need to choose a room in the villa that mentions sea views. We were happy with our room because it was cheaper, but if you want to spend more to get a pretty view, you should choose a different room.

Nice hotel with om an excellent spot by the beach.

Room was very spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very good.

Our room was above the kitchen of the restaurant, which sometimes was a little bit noisy.

It was cleaner than expected. And thank you for the anniversary cake, that was very thoughtful.

Reception/check in was closed and this was not informed ahead of time. We had to speak to a low quality intercom outside the building in the wind to find out that we need to walk for 15mins to another hotel to check in and walk back. Important check in information needs to be communicated ahead of time. This was not a good first impression.

Good location on promenade overlooking the beach - not at the crowded end of prom but close to everything. Spacious room in modern style with balcony. Cleaning and waiting staff at breakfast very professional and helpful. Hotel has strandkorb for €10/day Breakfasts had good selection

Balcony overlooked car park/back of property so if you want sea view need to specify that

I didn't like the glas doors in the bathroom. Especially one of them couldn't close tight. I didn't like that my partner could watch and hear me on the toilet.
