Śniadania bardzo dobre!

Loved the design of the rooms, location, and the jacuzzi. Friendly hosts. Beds were comfortable, and rooms are equipped with a fridge, stove, and many amenities that make it suitable for a longer stay.

Breakfast could have slightly more options (e.g. local products, fruit, pastries..).

Staff was friendly and helped with online tickets. Everything was clean, cozy, and beautiful. Apartment was nice and place was near all needed places + really quiet street.

Felt like Air BnB style accommodation - had to phone the owner of the flats who met up and let me in (there is no reception) giving me the keys to the room we stayed in. Room itself as nice - cute vibes, comfy bed, nice shower - but the "kitchen/air bnb style kitchen" facilities were lacking (though there was a nespresso machine with free pods). Tv in the room was confusing to use, couldn't chromecast, could only use the native youtube app (no access to cable services or netflix/prime). Location is good if you want to spend time in the mountains, it is a bit far out of the centre of Zakopane in a residential area.

Bit far out of the centre of town (both a pro & con depending on your standpoint), TV in the room was confusing, no real kitchen facilities.

Great host, breakfast and overall facilities. It was really nice to have Netflix on the TV!

Location and Jaccuzi were perfect

1. No dental kits 2. No one cleaned our apartment 3. The apartment is really small 4. Wi-fi is not working at all 5. There is no proper way to contact owners 6. Pillows were not comfortable at all

Nice stay, the Villa was charming, and in a great location - close to mountain trails, shops, and restaurants. Perfect location for people without a car The apartment was comfortable, despite the slants (it was located in the attic), but it all added charm and we felt like in a mountain hut...Jacuzzi outside was a complement to the whole stay.

Sound-proofing mentioned as service, but normal conversations could be heard loudly from the neighbour Apartman.

Would definitely recommend Willa Kasprowy , the hosts are a mega-friendly family, guided us to the right gate to park our car, made a tour of what's and where and gave us keys to our apartment. The apartment itself was super clean and tidy, well heated. There was a cattle, toaster, cups, plates, coffee machine, fridge, and a microwave, given the fact that we had the smallest possible apartment. The yard has a heated jacuzzi if you wish to relax. We also had free parking in the premises. The only thing to consider: If you will rent the smallest, two-floor apartment (aka duplex) with stairs leading to a sleeping area, mind your head :) I managed to hit my head up the ceiling couple of times haha. But being the smallest apartment it is also the cheapest, so it's a good deal. P.S. You need to try the delicious pies the host's mom is baking. It's just a must in order to start your day properly ;) P.S.S Thank you! Would definitely return here:)

The staff was just great. They were helpfull and supportive in any way. The premises are really nice.

The property was exactly the same as on the pictures, super comfy and clean. The jakuzzi was enjoyable especially after a 17-20k hiking.:) Breakfast was delicious and everything was really fresh. All in all we loved our stay at Willa Kasprowy:)

Basic breakfast options, almost no vegetarian & lacto-free options. Cleanliness in room was in very low level (the sink in bathroom didn't drain, the floor was sticky, ...)

Cousy with a grate taste and love, fitting to kids as well for the elderly people. it is in the center of Zakopane but still quite with a yard and all needed facilities

it’s just perfect.

Comfortable and very clean apartment with the fridge, small kitchen, coffee machine ant kettle. Iron and ironing board available. Jacuzzi (common) and free parking in front of the building. Very open and helpful owners. Recommend to listen to their Restaurant tips. Very good breakfast. In case one plans to start hiking early - possibility to pre-order doggy-bag breakfast. Location: very close to ski-jump area and not far from hiking trails. In case of next stay in Zakopane will definitely ask for the apartment there.
