Villa is amazing, spacious, modern and air conditioned and pool was fabulous. Villa is high up on the hillside so can be a little windy, this wasn’t a problem for us as we fell on an extremely hot week so the wind was welcomed and the views were lovely. It is possible to walk down the steep hill by turning left out of the villa, this takes approx 20 to 30 minutes and brings you out at the harbour end of Javea with bars and restaurants, we didn’t try to walk back as steep incline but if you are very fit this would be ok! There is also a restaurant close by if you turn right out of the Villa, unfortunately we didn’t go as we only spotted it at the end of the holiday but it looked lovely and was set round a pool so may be worth a look. Pros: - Huge property with upstairs living room and kitchen that we didn't use as we were only a family of 4. The property looks and is amazing. Nice big rooms, bright and generally clean. The views are spectacular. Beds and sofas comfy. Has WiFi, so I was able to connect my Now TV box to it in order to use Netflix app. Kitchen fully stocked with all equipment you need. The photos on website need updated as the living room is even better than the photos. The pool was a good size and kids were in the pool most days. The owner was lovely and gave us a quick tour of the property and showed us how to set the alarm. She is available at any time if needed. Cons: - The road to/from the villa is narrow and can be a problem to non-confident drivers when another car is coming the other way. Although charged a large fee for cleaning, there was some dead flies inside the door out to the pool and at the door on the other side of the 2 inside loungers there was loads of dead flies and ants feeding off them. This should have been cleaned on arrival. The electric gates to the property are very slow, so when you press the button once, you need to wait. This was a bit confusing early on. Hot water was limited. 2 of us had to shower in morning and 2 at night as there was not enough for all 4 of us to get a shower. These "cons" are very minor and did not spoil our holiday at all. We would definitely recommend this property as we had a fantastic week here.

This house is at the top of a winding narrow road with several hairpin bends. So access and every journey would be challenging with a large people carrier or for an inexperienced driver. That apart pool lovely, good space inside, great view from the terrace. Owner was responsive on whats app to things we needed.

This place is so wonderfull; the villa and the view are amazing and so much space for all the family to sit together but also to have some privacy. Gina is very kind and bubbly and everything and communication is great. Make sure u have a car it will be easy to move around, cause walking from here is would not be recommended. That being said, great holiday and wonderfull experience. Thanks again!

With fabulous views across the whole town and the bay, this Villa is in a wonderful location. Comfortably furnished and equipped with everything needed. Recently decorated to a high standard and excellent communications with the very friendly owners. An enjoyable stay in a recommended Villa.

The villa was lovely and very spacious. Plenty of chill out areas for everyone,which were very relaxing . The views were amazing,both day and night. Gina was extremely helpful and managed to help with a few of the unfortunate problems that we incurred during our stay. A car is definitely needed. Overall my family and I had a lovely time in the villa and enjoyed Javea town too.

Great location with fantastic views, excellent facilities and helpful hosts. Our family really enjoyed our stay in the Villa and would certainly return.

hank you Gina and Christopher for seven great weeks in Javea; we loved the spacious house, barbeque area, pool and great views! The house is perfect for large families or as for us, two small families, as the upstair/downstair floors can be used as to separate apartments with independent kitchens and entrances. We hope we are able to come back soon!

We have stayed several times in Javea & this Villa has the most beautiful view over the Port out to sea. The house is modern & spacious and very clean. There is everything you need in the house to accommodate your stay and the location is perfect for exploring Javea Port & Old Town, with Arenal beach a short drive. The owner Gina is very friendly & welcoming. A perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday in luxurious comfort. Definitely recommended as a fantastic holiday home & hopefully we will return again soon.
