Loved staying at this condo! A surprise for us was being able to see the northern lights while we were there! Sooo beautiful! Jay Peak water park 2 mins down the road was great for the kids! We would love to come back in winter when we could ski right out the door!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Two families with a total of 5 kids ages 7-12 and we had more than enough space to spread, hang out, and enjoy Jay. We absolutely loved the convenience of ski in/out and the ability to come and go as we needed. The house was super well stocked with everything from bathroom supplies, to dishwasher and laundry pods, to most kitchen necessities. They even had multiple dryguy boot and glove warmers in the house. We always travel with extras but we never needed them here because the house was so well stocked. We had no issues during our 4 night stay and can't wait to come back next year!

We had 2 families stay at the property for a recent ski vacation. The property’s location allowed us to easily enjoy all Jay Peak has to offer. The property matched the online listing and provided both families with ample living and sleeping space. The communication was clear and very timely. Highly recommend for any group looking for an easy ski in / ski out option. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home. It really was a perfect place to stay. Set up like a hotel, everything provided for you including laundry pods, dishwasher pods, soap shampoo, and linens. Great hosts, and wonderful home.

Only negative.. when we arrived the sleep sofa located in lower basement tv room was inoperable.. broken and disassembled, rendering the couch useless. After several attempts at reaching vacasa a service ticket has been filed

The accommodations were perfect for a family wedding. A spacious condo where our family of eight with four grandchildren could enjoy the surroundings and have a convenient location to gather and relax.

Condo is like usual “ski resort” type- showing it’s age but that way one is not too anxious with kids around
We did road cycling and hiking and it was a perfect place and we might consider a winter week!

We rented this particular unit because it had a washer/dryer. Maintenance knew before we arrived that the dryer was not in working order. Vacasa, local maintenance and property owner did nothing! It took maintenance in excess of 12 hours to respond to us, the only thing Vacasa did was submit “tickets” and the property owners did nothing. We are still waiting for our agreed upon refund of $418.00. Beautiful condo - too bad no one cared that we did not get what we paid for.

We rented this particular unit because it had a washer/dryer. Maintenance knew before we arrived that the dryer was not in working order. Vacasa, local maintenance and property owner did nothing! The property was great for a ski weekend, plenty of bedrooms and baths, and easy access to the ski slopes. Interior was comfortable, a few small issues - water filter on refrigerator was in need of a change, racks in dish washer were tough to work, and turn table in microwave didn’t turn. The owners clearly made thoughtful decisions to make their townhome comfortable! Each bedroom had a sound machine we all enjoyed having! In addition, there was a phone plug in to charge your mobile phone in the kitchen. That was great & handy!
Only minor things-
1. Two bathrooms had light bulbs that needed to be replaced. (Blown bulb so a bit dark in two bathrooms) Easy fix!
2. The living room ceiling fan was really dirty. The dust did lot fly off when we operated it, however the white fan is really, really dirty! (Each blade is black on the edges) Cleaning crew has not cleaned that for years, but they need to.
3. Cleaning crew needs to clean out the dead bugs in the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan/light combo. Another easy fix!
4. We needed more pods for the washing machine. We had 8 people spend 4 nights & only had a total of 2 pods available to clean laundry. We needed 1 pod per person. I think all renters would want this. Another easy!
5. The basement area had a ceiling tile missing. The bathroom shower that was directly above it appeared to have a slow leak. Fine as a renter, but as the owner, I’d address to prevent any ceiling & carpet damage. (Carpet looks new)
6. The dishwasher is insanely loud! 😳It’s very old & needs to be replaced. We had to run it when we left the rental. We could not talk in the kitchen, dining or living room with it running!
All minor! The rest of this rental was very clean & in great condition! We would return if we visit Jay Peak again!

The condo was quite spacious, beautiful! We had every age group and all had a great time. The place had everything to accommodate all your cooking needs.
