Beautiful home- beautiful view. Great breakfast nearby
Overwhelming pine sol smell
Shutters don’t close all the way

Beautiful grounds overlooking the river. Enjoyed watching the sunset. Location to town was great.
Air conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked. The door to the room didn't always close tightly and would open back up.

The view, and the pool.
Only had access to a small dining room, no breakfast on the grounds but did get vouchers for breakfast. Also the bed was uncomfortable, and we had lots of bugs in our room.

Location
Tv didn’t work and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone until the next day
Didn’t know that breakfast wasn’t served on premises

Great antebellum architecture, great location convenient to downtown Natchez.. Facility was clean and well maintained. Great view of the Mississippi River from atop a bluff. Historic Natchez Cemetary located across the street.
If I had a negative, it would be the breakfast part of the package isn't available at this property. You are provided a breakfast voucher to be used at another bed and breakfast, more than a mile away. Wasn't a deal breaker for us, but something to consider before booking at Weymouth.

Great location, views of Miss River and beautiful cemetery behind. Lovely grounds and room decor. We sat on the balcony watching the river at night.

Very private. The breakfast at Monmouth was a surprise and was delicious. Not the cozy in house, short walk but fun. View of the river was wonderful. The outdoor sitting was nice but it was very cold. This is probably great in warmer weather. The mattress/bed was very comfortable and everything was fresh. Our room by the pool would probably be a little less private but nice in the warmer weather. It was a great place for getting away. The neighbors across the road were very quiet. The cold room was a bit of a shock but the little heater worked great once we learned to set it right and it warmed up nice and cozy. Hosts and staff were helpful and friendly. We found good food and fun things to do in Natchez even when it is COOOLLLDDDDDD.
We aren't expecting the long steps from the parking to the house and then a long walk to our room. At our age this was a bit of a problem especially in the cold. But i am not sure there is anything that can be done about it. The rainshower head looked inviting but the water reducer cut the pleasure.

it was in a gorgeous spot! exceeded expectations!
the owners who were staying there were loud and inconsiderate of paying customers.

Clean room, great views
Furniture is not very solid, table top of table in Riverview room not screwed to base, and bed screws need to be tightened

Location location location!!! Truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever gotten to stay. the view of the Mississippi River is unmatchable anywhere else in town. Access to the cemetery is awesome as well. so much rich history in one place. The place was exceptionally clean as well. I love love it!!!
There was not one single thing I didn’t like. The bathroom could have had a bit more lighting and a tiny bit more space but really wasn’t that big a deal at all.

This place is amazing! We loved the location, the style, I mean, this city is incredible!!
The A/C in our unit was too powerful and we had to close the vents because we were freezing. But other than that we don’t have complaints.

Beautiful. great view.
No exterior lighting on when we arrived. The checkin area was dark with no light on. No light to see the door lock key pad. Room deadbolt was locked and we could not enter the room. I called the number provided and she answered and was very helpful and came to the property and unlocked the door. From the time we arrived at the property until we were able to enter the room was about 45 minutes.

The location at the top of the bluff overlooking the Mississippi river is spectacular. The location with in the city is a little out of the way, but fairly easy to find. Across the street is a gorgeous old cemetery that provides a lovely place for a morning walk. The ground floor room we had was lovely, although a bit frustrating for putting on makeup! No available flat surfaces and the light wasn't too hot. But I worked around. I cannot complaint about one single thing. Tabitha and Ricky were incredible hosts and the resident dog, Elvis, made a new friend in our small dog. They had a blast together. Every time our dog went out the door he was off to find Elvis.
The door to the outside had a terrible creak/squeak. But I feel like I could have left the door open or ajar the whole time and nothing would have been touched.

The view.
It’s NOT a Bed & Breakfast. You have to leave to get breakfast. We did not get the room we paid for with a view. We were told there is no view, which was a lie. There was no one to check us in or out. We waited a half hour for someone to give us a code for our room. The AC is for the whole house, so whoever wants to ,moves the thermostat, everyone has to be that temp. The coffee is a Kuerig in a hallway. The grounds were not kept up. The floor was very gritty in our room. The door could not be opened with out a terrible squeaky noise waking up my husband if I wanted sit outside. The door would not lock. The ground was not secure. At midnight there was terrible noise which I recorded. I have videos of the door as well. The whole house open to anyone that would come on the property. The WiFi don’t work half the time. The other guests stayed were as unhappy as well.
This is NOT A Bed & Breakfast!

Breakfast is not on the property but was at another BNB down the road. It was wonderful and the service was great. The view from the back lawn at sunset was amazing. Parking is free and close for loading suitcases in and out.
The mattress in the upstairs room was very uncomfortable and the bathroom downstairs was so small with to much furniture in it. Also, we did not have control of the temperature and it was very hot all night. The house was not open to the guests as I had hoped and a lot of the historical factor was missing. We entered our rooms privately from the outside and did not get to enjoy this amazing house.

The Views were amazing! River on one side and Natchez City Cemetery across the street (big tourist attraction)
no temperature control in the room. Temperature was not regulated and was very hot in the evening.

the view of the Mississippi River was spectacular! The stay included a southern breakfast at a different location that was very good in a very pleasant setting.
We had a full size bed which seemed small the door to the room needs to be planed so it doesn’t make a terribly loud noise every time you open or close it

This is a B & B without the second B: Breakfast is served at two other locations in Natchez, which require a brief excursion to reach. These were more an opportunity than a problem, as both locations, The Guest House and Monmouth Plantation, were antebellum and charming. And the food was good.
The view of the Mississippi from Weymouth is incredible.

The view and accommodations.
The customer service. We were greeted by the maid, who was getting ready to leave (we had no idea which room was ours). We were not shown around the property or showed where things were. Our room had a digital lock, we weren’t given a code to unlock the door. We were given vouchers to have breakfast off site at restaurants. My friends had never stayed at a B&B and looking forward to the full experience, which we would not have had if we had stayed. Called the owner several time with no response (her voice mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message). Finally Tabitha did call back and when we told her we were leaving, she acted very nonchalant and didn’t seemed to be bothered with our disappointment or the fact we weren’t staying. I would never recommend this B&B to anyone.

This is an extraordinary villa with an extraordinary view, friendly staff taking care of only three or so rooms. You have a lovely pool available overlooking a bend in the river, how scenic! quiet location on the outskirts of Natchez, but still walkable into downtown.
