Excellent location, perfect for 5 people

Alfina was fantastic! She was helpful, prompt and very kind. She met us at the house. Was available by messenger to get quick answers and she checked in with us to see if we needed anything and to bring us treats!
The apartment was clean and pretty and had everything we needed. The patio was relaxing and a beautifies. Towards the end of our week the temperature outside became very hot and the air conditioning kept up beautifully.
The location was terrific. An uphill walk on the way to town and the funicular but downhill after dinner. We found that the steps to the parking garage was a great shortcut to town as it cut the walk in half. I definitely would stay here again!

This property is amazing. Is so much larger than it appears online. And the location is great. Just a quick walk to the town center. Oswald, the owner, was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay again. This was our favorite place we stayed in during our vacation.

Great to have a washing machine at this point in our trip! Check in process was easy and very thoughtful details (water, cookies). Great advice on parking and walking routes. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay in Taormina. The property is in a good location, walking distance from the cablecar and Taormina centre. However do take note of the owner's comments on the steep steps up to the town. It was ok for us but we did struggle on our last trip up (when heading for the bus terminal with suitcases).
The property was well appointed. We had a couple of issues on check-in but these were swiftly resolved by the owner and housekeeper who were both very responsive.

We loved our stay in Taormina and had a warm welcome and regular contact from our hosts. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy dinner and soak up the views!

Taormina is a hot tourist destination, and not for the faint hearted when it comes to steps and hills! But… it is also very beautiful and definitely worth visiting. This house is perfectly situated being close enough to the town centre, not too far up the precipitous landscape and just out of the way enough to be peaceful. The rooms are light & airy & thankfully have AC which made the heatwave bearable! You won’t be disappointed if you book to stay here.

Deceptively large house with lovely terrace overlooking the sea and the mainland. Very good facilities, air con perfect, and a warm welcome. Easy walk to the cable car or straight down the road to the beach. Quite a lot of steps to the town so be prepared! Close to local supermarket and everything Taormina has to offer. We felt very safe there and had a wonderful week.

The property was perfect for our stay. The view from the patio is even better than pictured! The location is close to Corso Umberto and all the main shops. There are some significant hills and several sets of stairs but this is true of the entire area. 4 stars for check in as we weren’t able to get our phones working right away and luckily an Italian also on vacation let us borrow their phone. The housekeeper (person to check us in) wasn’t able to meet us at the house as planned and only speaks Italian. Whatsup or text app is recomended so one can translate if you do not speak Italian. The upstairs bathroom floor wasn’t thoroughly clean but we were overall pleased with the cleanliness and felt the accommodations fit our families needs and the view was way better than expected. The price may have increased from when we booked but I would stay in this property again.

This villa is fabulous and is everything it describes on line. However...... beware there are 238 steps to the Corso. This may not deter most but we had two 60+yr olds in our group who managed but ....couldn't talk at the end of the walk.
Clean, marvellous view, check was a dream and recommendations second to none.
All up would recommend this villa but be aware of the stairs.

We had a marvelous time at the nice house in beautiful Taormina. It offers enough space for 7 people (with 2 comfortable double bedrooms and a tiny kids room with an extra 3rd bed and two fully functional bathrooms). The terraces at the back and in front of the house are great places to rest). The location is calm and in easy walking distance to the historical center and the theater. Restaurants, Café and bakery are in easy rich - except for Taorminas many stair walks…
Communication with the owner as well as the local housekeeper was great. Thanks

Al nostro arrivo l’host ci ha accolte con un dolce fatto in casa, molto gradito dopo un lungo viaggio. La casa è in un’ottima posizione, vicina alla stazione dei bus (Taormina terminal bus), al centro del paese, e alla funivia. La casa è confortevole, pulita e fresca. È stato un soggiorno molto gradevole.

Fabulous house in a good location
We loved the house and enjoyed our stay there. It was spacious and well kitted out. In a great location convenient for the town and cable car. The sea view from the terrace was amazing. Alfina was very helpful and brought us a delicious cake. Would highly recommend the property.

Lækkert ophold i en dejlig by
Rigtig dejlig lejlighed med god plads at være på. Dejligt med terrassen hvor man kunne sidde og spise, dog lidt ærgerligt den i efteråret er i skygge hele dagen.
Fin service og rigtig sød person der tager i mod en, vær dog opmærksom på hun ikke snakker engelsk, men med google translate og anden information gik det fint.

Perfect location
Lovely clean and cosy house a short walk into everything. Be aware there are lots of hills and steps though. Two in our party are in their 60s and struggled a bit.
Great communication and Alfina was amazingly helpful.

What a fantastic property! We loved it. Lovely and spacious. Very well kitted our with amenities, having everything we needed. PERFECT location, 20 minute walk to the beach, and 5 to Taormina centre. Great place with a nice little patio.
The owner was very accommodating and helped us with arrangements from the airport. Only slight negative was that the Italian lady was late to meet me on the day of check in - I guess these things happen! This was made up to us with a late check out.
I would highly recommend this place to stay in taormina! I look forward to revisiting, hopefully in the near future. Thank you so much Oswald! We loved our stay!

Sicilian Summer
We were so pleased with this property, location and the general experience. Ideally placed for the hub of activity in and around Taormina, restaurants, the views, beaches and all the close transport links to other sights. We were very happy in the property and the service of the lovely housekeeper contributed to our relaxed and memorable holiday.

Fantastic house. Perfect location
A lovely house beautifully renovated and decorated. A quiet area only 5 minutes walk from the hustle bustle of Corso Umberto. The cable car down to Isola Bella is less than 5 mins away. A fantastic sea view from the terrace. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic Home

Nice and clean. The air conditioning was amazing. You can walk down to the beach in about 25-30 minutes. Walk up to old town in 15min. Pay car park is 5 minutes away, but very busy. Relatively quiet neighborhood during our visit. Oswald is responsive to all your questions. We enjoyed it.

Outstanding Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Oswald’s residence in Taormina. It’s an excellent location and great value for dollar. I’ve stayed in VRBO’ s and AirB&B’s all over Europe and the states, but never had anyone as responsive as Oswald. The only challenge is parking, but there is public parking available if you’re unlucky and can’t secure something outside the residence. The view of the Mediterranean from the back patio is beautiful. Steve

Nice stay.
We have had a great vacation on Easter 2019. The rental house is well located nearby the center of Taormina. Nice view to the sea. House is clean and spacious. The housekeeper welcomed us with a homemade cake. Highly recommend.

The property is well maintained and in a good location for Taormina- 10 mins up the hill to Town centre, or 5-10 mins up the steps to Cable car entrance
Bus Terminal is also an easy 10 minute walk
Train station is 10 mins by Taxi
Air conditioning and WI Fi works well

Taxi can drop you right outside the property
Overall this was a convenient choice for our first visit to Taormina

Bella posizione,
La casa ha un ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Taormina e dal Teatro Greco. Le stanze sono grandi e molto luminose, con una bella vista sul mare sul retro della casta.
La casa era molto pulita, accessoriata e Alfina è stata sempre molto disponibile e facile da raggiungere al telefono.
Speriamo di poterci tornare presto!!

A nice moment spent in this house with child.
The house is very convenient, clean and quiet. The sea view on the terasse is nice. We had a warm welcome from the housekeeper and a homemade cake was the good surprise. We feel like home during these 2 nights in midi may 2018. Parking can be difficult if the nearer is full. You have a little safe stairs way to the telecabine and the village.
