Our flight was delayed, we arrived after dark, we had difficulty finding the place. Host did not meet us, we had to ask a restaurant employee to help us find the villa. Host did communicate with us that the keys were left with a neighbor, who, by the way spoke no English. Took a bit to figure out how the locks worked. No one in the vicinity spoke enough English to assist us with directions for parking our rental. Eventually found public parking over a mile away, walked back. Once inside we had to explore the cabinets, etc to find towels, extra toilet paper and such. We were not familiar with gas stove so we decided not to use it. I will say this, the villa was exactly as pictured on the post & within walking distance of everything. The beds were hard as were the pillows. We discovered water on the floor in the main bathroom, once we figured out it was not from us using the shower we contacted the host in the morning. I explained we would be gone for the day & it was okay with us that she could get someone over in our absence to take care of it. She didn’t respond until late afternoon asking for a picture. I replied that we were not there & because we could not ascertain where the water was coming from & what good would photo do showing water on the floor. In the meantime we took towels & made a dam to contain the spread of water. She did get back with us that she would not be coming over before we left & to just leave the inside. Not sure we’d stay at this villa again.

This property is wonderful. It is right in the heart of Taormina. Restaurants and markets are just steps away. We recommend a taxi from the train station the first day but after that all sites are walkable or a bus ride. We would definitely stay there again

Airy, well appointed traditional town apartment with terrace. Clean, well equipped, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Excllent, helpful host. Excellent location for town visit and beaches. Castelmola a must see.

Greatly located apartment in the centre of Taormina. A few steps from the main promenades. Very well equipped kitchen and a wonderful terrace.

Big, spacious apartment in the very heart of Taormina old town. Nice terrace, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi, comfortable beds and hot water. Maybe a bit noisy in the morning when glass trash is taken from the resturant next door but it's only a few minutes every day. If you want a place with walking distance to all Taormina's attractions this is the right address. Very good contact with the owner. Thank you and all the best!

Gréât appartement, central location, fully equipped. Instructions only in Italian so communication barrier but friendly owner so not a real issue

We stayed for two weeks and we enjoyed the place very much. The house situated in a very nice touristic area allowed us to live the sicilian way . If you love to cook , there is everything you need . And a big plus ,a beautiful patio where you can eat. Unless you have knees problems, we recommand it stongly .Signore Gianclaudio is very kind. You have to know that there is no wifi, but lots of café where you can find the connexion.
