Attico centrale 2 camere da letto e area di 70 m con ampia terrazza di 40 m, WIFI e ascensore, luminoso e ben posizionato in via Atarazanas, ottima zona, tranquilla, residenziale e accessibile a tutte le ore. Dispone di 2 camere da letto molto confortevoli, una delle quali con un letto matrimoniale di 140 cm e accesso diretto alla terrazza ad uso esclusivo e da dove si possono vedere la cattedrale, il castello e altri monumenti. L'altra camera ha due letti singoli da 90 cm. Dispone di 1 WC con una grande doccia, soggiorno con design attuale cucina integrata. Tutta la casa dispone di aria condizionata e riscaldamento.
La sua posizione è ideale per visitare la città e i suoi dintorni. Autobus e treni a 15 minuti a piedi.
L'ambientazione è storica e tradizionale ma allo stesso tempo molto cosmopolita, la strada collega il centro storico con l'ampliamento di Corte Ingles. We had the perfect time in Malaga. The apartment was beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the historic centre, it was very quiet and peaceful but just a minute’s walk to the main sights and sounds. We particulary enjoyed having breakfast on the large balcony with fantastic views over the city. Palma was a wonderful host, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The building is very secure and has the added bonus of a lift. Malaga is a beautiful city, and we would thoroughly recommend this apartment as the perfect place to stay.

Very nice and well equipped penthouse apartment. Excellent location. The large outdoor terrace was great for relaxing. The owner was very responsive to any queries. My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the available hot water for the shower. The hot water runs out quickly. It becomes very cold a few minutes into the shower. You then have to wait for about 5 minutes for the hot water to return.

The balcony and view was absolutely fantastic. Fabulous location. Thoughtful extra touches in the kitchen with spices, olive, oil etc .

We had a nice stay. Location is excellent. The patio is beautiful. The owner is very easy to reach out to. The only complaint was the next door neighbors’ little dogs would bark non stop at times.

We were very happy with the quality and location of this apartment. Palma met us at check-in and explained everything we needed. She also responded very quickly to any Whatsapp messages I sent. The location is perfect, in a good area of Malaga opposite the central food market, and a short walk from the cathedral and museums. It is two blocks from the Atarazanas metro station which is two stops from the main train and bus stations (altho you can easily walk this distance in 15min). The nearby Corte Ingles has an excellent food hall.

The apartment has everything you could possibly need. A great location for exploring the city and only a short walk to the train station which links to the airport. Palma responded very quickly to all our queries and allowed us to stay late in the apartment on the day we were leaving for an evening flight. Lots of lovely restaurants in the immediate area, a mini-market just a few doors away. The new H10 hotel is opposite and you can take a lift to the top floor and enjoy a drink on the rooftop terrace with amazing city and sea views. Highly recommended.

We had a great week end of November with warm weather for golfing during the day and already beautiful Chrismas decoration in the evenings. Palma was very friendly and always helpful. The fresh fish and fruit from the next door market-hall was very tasty. We can recommend Palmas apartment without hesitation!

This is an excellent apartment which is very conveniently situated in the centre of Malaga. It is opposite the market (well worth a visit) with several food shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment itself was well equipped, comfortable with a very large balcony. Most places are walkable from the apartment. Palma was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and made the check in process very straightforward. Highly recommend this apartment.

The property is as its advertised. Great location, beautiful terrace, functional kitchen, all appliances operated as expected. Extra items in the kitchen which helped with meal preparation were great. As a suggestion bathroom could do little refresh. Only negative there are two dogs in the adjacent unit that bark at random times… never for long (about 5 minutes) and often late at night.

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by how accommodating Palma was, on our early arrival and left behind laptop charger. The location is easy to find (if you like to venture out and find your way home easily) and much quieter than expected. Beds were very comfortable and the view is amazing. We had left an apartment in soho that was an ideal location and quiet and this surpassed our expectations. Thank you Palma for the patience and hospitality you gave.

This apartment is located in an ideal spot… Easily walk to the port, the train station, museums, and old town. Added bonus: it’s right across from the market, which makes shopping a dream. Palma is a superb host and responds quickly to any concerns and requests. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and is perfectly located in a really nice part of town. Palma was there to meet us when we arrived and communication was excellent throughout. The huge balcony with amazing views across the city, is fantastic. You have the food market right across the road and you’re just minutes from all the excellent cafes, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

This place was great!
This apartment is close to everything - in our experience none of the sights, shopping or places to eat were more than 500-700 meters away.
The apartment itself has EVERYTHING, which makes it so easy to enjoy your holiday, you dont need to fill your suitcase with anything for the apartment. It was clean, and well kept and there is an elevator to the 6th floor. The star of the show is the balcony, there is so much space! We practically lived out there - the view at night is beautiful.
Lastly, the service was amasing! Thank you for making everything easy and convienient for us. We arrived earlier than expected, but that wasnt a problem, we were able to leave our bags and get the keys, so we could start our holiday immediatly, which was just great when you have spendt the night/morning travelling.
We will most definatly be back to this apartment when we go to Malaga again!

Check in was excellent - property is perfect directly opposite the market and close to all shops and restaurants- beach is a 15 minute walk away- terrace is amazing with views of the hills and the cathedral -
Building work opposite for a new hotel caused some noise and dust but this will be finished in the next few months

Great place to stay.
Extremely well located. Lovely terrace with far reaching views. Very clean and well maintained. The location is very central but it's not surrounded by noisy bars and restaurants. There was some building work going on opposite the building and some in another apartment but that is beyond the control of the owner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Palma was there to meet us and her communication was always very prompt.

En general todo muy bien. La ubicación es excepcional, a 3 minutos de la calle Marqués de Larios y a 5 minutos de la Catedral. Hay un parking público cercano con bonos de 3 ó más días. La comunicación con la dueña muy fluida. Llegamos a las 23 h el primer día y nos recibió sin problema; y el último día pudimos salir más tarde.
No le falta de nada. Y tiene una enorme terraza. Ahora en diciembre no pudimos hacer uso de ella. Amplios armarios, wi fi, TV también grande, y el sofá muy cómodo.

A great location in the old town of Malaga
Our 4 night stay at this penthouse apartment with large terrace was very good.
The location is excellent - right next to the market and a short walk to all that Malaga has to offer. The Old Town in particular is lovely with an abundance of shops, bars & restaurants.
The terrace is big, furnished with table, chairs & three loungers. It offers fabulous views across the city. We were there mid November and the terrace does not get the sun that late in the year, but we’d expected that.
The apartment was clean but could have been a little better equipped - we had to buy cloths for washing up and wiping down after eating and had to wash a few things before use too.
Check in could have been better - we were waiting outside the apartment and Paula was waiting inside. Turns out the apartment is 6B, not 2B as shown in the listing so we were buzzing the wrong apartment. This needs to be corrected.
In summary, a very good apartment in a great location - recommended and we’d stay again. Gracias, Palma.

Excellent apartment, spacious with everything you need and the terrace on which we were able to sit out on Christmas day.
Market over the road, supermarket a few doors away and bars and places to eat all within minutes.

It was the third time that I had booked this appartement. This time I spended together with my eldest daughter. We had a very great holyday. We love the peoples, the food, the nature and the atmosphere. We had already decided to come back next year and if it is going to be possible to the same appartement.
