'LakeHaven' è la nostra casa di montagna / lago situata sul Lago Verde con vedute inestimabili del Wheeler Peak e del lago. Un posto meraviglioso tutto l'anno per rilassarsi e godersi l'ambiente circostante. Puoi dedicarti agli sport estivi o invernali, fare escursioni, pescare, andare in canoa o semplicemente sederti accanto al fuoco o sul ponte e leggere un buon libro. Qualunque cosa tu scelga, Lake Haven è il posto dove divertirsi. L'ampio soggiorno ha un bel camino da un lato e un televisore dall'altro. Il grande ponte sul soggiorno si affaccia sul lago e sulle montagne dove è possibile rilassarsi, sorseggiare caffè o cioccolata calda o persino cenare. Spesso vedrai cervi, alci, tacchini e altri animali selvaggi che passano. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha un tavolo per 4 dove è possibile sedersi e spesso vedere cervi, alci o tacchino andare. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 10 e ha una splendida vista sulla zona boscosa sul lato sinistro della nostra proprietà. Quattro delle cinque camere hanno una vista spettacolare sul lago e sulle montagne. Al piano principale si trova la camera da letto principale con un letto king size. Dall'altra parte della sala è una piccola camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale. C'è un bagno completo con doccia situato al piano superiore vicino alle camere da letto. Al piano di sotto ha tre camere da letto (le due camere da letto hanno letti queen size. Con la camera da letto centrale con un letto matrimoniale con un letto a castello in cima e un letto singolo Spererate pure. C'è anche una lavanderia completamente attrezzata situata al piano inferiore e un bagno completo con vasca / doccia. Il garage ha un tavolo da ping-pong per ospitare qualche competizione amichevole. La trazione integrale non è necessaria, dal momento che abbiamo un viale piatto e strade per la casa. Accesso rapido e facile a tutto in Angel Fire, tra cui la montagna di sci è a circa 5 a 10 minuti di auto. Il Lago Verde è un lago privato con molte attività. Per le attività e le tariffe si prega di contattare il Lago Verde per le tasse e le regole correnti.

We had to leave within 2 hours as the septic was not working. It was around 5 PM when we discovered the problem. We had to relocate to a hotel & found another place to go to the following day. However, that meant over 24 hours of chaos with 2 small children. While the owner was helpful, this has made me realize rentals have major issues which are not easily solved.
Also, TV never worked.

We enjoyed our ski vacation in Angel Fire and coming home to this beautiful and cozy home! Was well appointed, having everything we needed. You’ll love the views of Wheeler Peak and it’s just a short drive to the resort. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake!

Property is in a great location right off of the lake that is an easy walk even carrying fishing equipment. Large house with plenty of room for family and friends. Lots of wildlife in the area. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay. Got 20" of snow so that helped too. House overlooks the lake, which was frozen over and snow covered. Although house was fairly clean, there was trash under furniture and cobwebs in kitchen. Kitchen was fully stocked. Zero complaints. Owner was responsive to messages.

This was a perfect property for our needs. It's right outside of Angel Fire, so skiing is very accessible. The lake, while mostly frozen over at the time, is within shouting distance. It's also a great point if you're looking to visit the whole Enchanted Circle.
Everything was very fresh and clean. The kitchen is huge!
We made full use of the sleds and ping pong table which are included. We also saw plenty of deer and birds walk right up to the house, which was thrilling.
Overall, this was a fantastic spot to host our family with 6 adults and 2 kids

Beautiful views! We had a crow come visit every morning and knock on the window. My son loved the bunk house and the ping pong table.

Great trip to Angel Fire. House is just a short drive to everything and is well- appointed. Had everything and more to cook all week and was plenty of room for 2 families of 4. Kids enjoyed the bunk room with games and there were plenty of movies to watch after a day a skiing. Location on the lake is perfect for any season- very pretty! Would definitely stay again!

The property is very cute and spacious and the location was perfect, not to mention the views. Everyone from the kids to adults enjoyed it, it felt very homey. Old house
No gas grill,we had to bring our own. 3bedrooms on bottom floor. We had to go up and down the stairs to get to kitchen. The view was beautiful. There are 2 bedrooms on top floor. One of the bedrooms on top floor is as small as a closet no windows. We don’t thing it was worth the money we paid

Lori is a great host, 5 minutes from The mountain.
Lori was a great host. We didn’t have any problems. It snowed around 7-8” during our stay. The driveway was plowed before we left to snowboard that morning. I highly recommend this place for couples, family or big groups. Felt like home!

Wonderful Group Getaway!
My Group and I all had an amazing time here! This property has so much to offer whether you want to spend a cozy day in, or if you want to have an outdoor adventure this is the place to be. The property provides so many different amenities to where you'll yourself never having a dull moment. The Cabin itself is very cozy and fitted with enough beds for any group to be comfortable in. Lori is very helpful and quick to respond with any questions you may have in regards to your stay, overall I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back in the future!

Wonderful stay
We loved lake haven. The cabin was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, and the location was beautiful. My kids loved seeing all the wildlife (deers, garden snakes, birds, otters, ducks, elk) from the deck. We had a great stay.

Mountain Lake
Our whole family enjoyed the cabin so much that we immediately scheduled a second visit. The cabin is beautifully decorated and the beds comfortable. We liked its being right on the lake. There was fishing gear in the garage. The kids enjoyed crayfishing. The cabin is beautifully decorated and the beds comfortable. Lori was so thoughtful. We hope to return.

Spring Break Fun before the Virus Shut Down
My family had an excellent time staying here. The home was conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and the ski resort. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit and fun in the snow. Lori was wonderful and responded quickly to my messages. I will absolutely stay here again winter and summer. Thank you Lori!!!!

Perfect, if I'm in angel fire again I won't look to stay anywhere else.
We stayed with a large group including small kids. Location was perfect. Close to ski resort yet isolated enough to appreciate the views of the lake and mountains. Kids could sled on a slope just feet away from the house. House was clean and well equipped. Owner was a joy to work with. We all loved our stay.

Wonderful Friends Snowy Getaway
This property was perfect for 3 couples and children. The layout of the home was exactly what we needed. It’s amazingly insulated so we adults could stay up as loud as we wanted without waking sleeping kiddos! The fully stocked kitchen is large/open so very easy for everyone to move around without feeling congested. The men in our group made an incredible snow slide just on the side of the house that the kids spent hours on. So many laughs! So much love!

We enjoyed this house so much. Location is perfect, quick 5 minute drive to the Angel fire ski slopes. The house was everything we could of asked for and more. Great week end for my family
Loved this home and it’s beautiful setting on the lake. We had such a great time. Walked to the lake and loved going into town and having pizza at Pizza Stop. Home has everything we needed and very nicely decorated and furnished. Will happily rent again. Lots of fun and comfort.

Great place to stay in Angel Fire!
We loved our stay at Lake Haven's property in Angel Fire. The owners were communicative, provided great information on the area and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival! The house is a beautiful cabin right near the Monte Verde lake and we would see deer and other wildlife in the area every morning while we drank coffee on the porch. The area where the house is located is gorgeous! The house was well maintained with all the amenities we could ask for. If you are looking for a weekend getaway with a group of friends or your family, this place is perfect. 5 Stars!
