Nothing, it was perfect

This is a very special place. High up on the hill with a great view (it is a drive to get there though). Back on the driveway you even have a panoramic view of the valley. It’s very quiet and in the middle of nature. The lower apartment has the use of the garden with a bench you can sit. Next tot the apartment there is a nice little terrace. Inside you get all you need. It has a very cosy atmosphere.

What a great place to stay! It's high above the valley, though only a 20-minute drive from the city of Aosta. The apartment consists of a cosy living-room with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice and modern bathroom with a perfectly working shower and a double bed separated from the living-room by half a wall. There's room for two, three or even four people. We also appreciated the breakfast items which Lorenzo, the owner, provided: bread, milk, tea and some home-made jam, which you can also buy and take home with you. The view towards the mountains from the balcony is just stunning, like in a movie theatre! Be aware that google maps directs you to the wrong place, at least on our phones. People there, however, know Lorenzo, so it wasn't a problem to eventually find the place! It's easier to get there during daylight though. La Cascina d'Orleans alone makes visiting Valle d'Aosta worth any minute! I'll make sure to come back!
