Questa bella e recentemente restaurata 2 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni padroni 1500 piedi quadrati cottage è proprio nel cuore del centro di Grand Junction, vicino a CMU, St. L'ospedale di Mary, il Lincoln park / Stocker stadium (dove si tiene Juco) ea pochi passi dal centro. È anche a pochi minuti dal pluripremiato campo da golf Redlands Mesa, dal sistema di sentieri Tabaguache, dalla biblioteca pubblica della contea di Mesa e dal centro congressi di Two Rivers. This was a perfect place to stay while in Grand Junction. We forgot a bag when we left and the owner responded very quickly and was very helpful making arrangements to pick it up after we checked out. Highly recommended.

Your wonderful host has thought of everything needed for a comfortable, clean, and charming stay. Check in/out were simple and easy. Set in the perfect location, walking distance to downtown GJ and entertainment. We can’t say enough about this lil’ charmer and its contribution to a perfect “girls” time away. Thanks Jennifer! We’ll be back again.

Property is in a great location; walking distance to downtown area and easy to get on/off hwy to go hiking. Had everything we needed for meals and "hang out" time. Also nice having the 2 1/2 bathrooms for plenty of privacy.

The house was in a convenient location for us attending CMU graduation. It was also close to downtown. The house is updated with adjoining bathrooms for each bedroom.

Easy check in, lock box was a little tricky. Very clean, well stocked with basic needs. Everything was easy to find and use. Beds were absolutely the comfiest! Only cons were, the 3rd bedroom is not a room, alcove off the living room without even a curtain for privacy. 3 adults for a conference made it a little weird. The back patio/deck area was filthy with leaves and debris and the chairs were so rotted we were afraid of falling thru.
Would stay again, clean, comfortable, safe and great location. Would love to sit out on the patio and relax next time.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was just a good as the first time!! Great location since I was visiting my daughter @ CMU. Lots of room and private bed/bath areas for both of us. We were able to use the fully equipped kitchen for a few dinners with friends and just really enjoyed the space. Jennifer was super prompt when I had an issue getting in (my fault, not hers!!). We will be back for sure.

This was our second time staying in Grand Junction. This little cottage not far from downtown was perfect this go around. The house was kept in great shape and everything felt clean and put together. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The house had everything you needed amenity wise. A few bathroom and kitchen supplies etc. The house has a bunch of hidden gems for your morning tea and relaxing. It was a nice getaway from home!!

My family and I had a very relaxing and fun stay at this cottage. We played multiple board games and card games that were provided. The beds were cozy and very comfortable for a peaceful sleep. We definitely recommend this cozy cottage and most likely will be back when visiting family from now on. Thank you Jennifer!!!

Place is decorated very well, but not very clean. Dried food on the counter, hair in the bath tub. Dirt and a dried contact on the bedroom floor. Fish smell came from the kitchen sink eberytime we turned iron

House was in a great location related to downtown and all the areas of GJ we needed to get to. The house was well appointed and comfortable for us. We would definitely consider staying again when back in town.

Extremely cute house! Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to downtown GJ (like a half mile but walkable for us). Loved having 2 master style suites for my brother and I! Would definitely stay again!

Jennifer's place was the perfect spot for my family's annual run for end of the season peaches. Plenty of space for 4 adults and the 3 bathrooms was much appreciated. Conveniently located for getting to national monument, wineries, and Palisade.

The place was clean and neat; beds very comfortable and a bathroom for each of the two bedrooms and additional sleeping area!. A/C and internet worked fine. Had books and games for entertainment if you were staying for several days or a week. We were very impressed with the place! Gayle

Great little cottage, and perfect for two couples! We walked downtown for brunch and dinner and were also a short drive from hiking trails and the Colorado National Monument.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the location. Close to downtown which is really cute. 2 bedrooms were well equipped. 2 full bath and 1 half bath were great. My only complaint is the room in the front gets very light and there were small beetles (the hostess did have someone come to spray). Overall I would stay here again.

Four of us spent a couple of nights here when attending a concert. We found the neighborhood and the cottage to be clean, welcoming, and peaceful. We were within easy reach of the trails, the concert pavilion, and some charming restaurants.

Property was exactly as described. Newly remodeled. Neighborhood is quiet! Beds were comfy and we all slept good. If I ever go back to Grand Junction I would book this house again. Our Host was very nice and helpful. Great experience.

We had an excellent time at the cottage. The neighborhood is quiet, and walkable to downtown. The space and amenities were great for our group of four. Grand Junction is a good home base four outdoor adventures as well. Jennifer quickly responded to our inquiries and is a great host.

The owner of this home thought of every detail. From perfect located kitchen supplies and a full bag of fresh ground coffee to laundry soap. The house was exceptionally clean and delightfully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable - my 76 yr old mother even reported she had the best night sleep in years :). The location is so close to everything in GJ and the owner was great with communication (although we didn't need a single thing when we arrived!). We couldn't have had a better stay. Thanks!

Loved the layout and comforts of the home. All nicely remodeled. The bed was especially comfortable and the coffee was an extra nice perk. Made you feel like you were at home but still on vacation. Great proximity to the downtown area and the college. Would definitely stay again. Also, the property owner was very responsive to any inquiries, a plus plus.

Just as the listing showed, this was a nicely updated house in a good location in downtown Grand Junction. We spent a few days seeing sights in the area, and the house suited our family of five quite well. We didn't have any issues, but communication with Jennifer was good and I'm sure she would have been easy to work with had we had something come up. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the craftsman charm of the house.

I visit my family in Grand Junction twice a year and this home is in a perfect location.. clean, comfortable with a wonderful front porch that warms in the afternoon sun. Definitely my go-to place for future visits.

This was a very charming little cottage. It was close to downtown, in a quiet neighborhood. I loved having cocktails outside under the pergola in the evenings and coffee in the morning on the front porch. Coffee was provided, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the A/C was very efficient and appreciated on the hot afternoons in late summer. I would definitely stay here again.

We planned a staycation with another couple and enjoyed our stay. Cottage had everything we needed and was an easy walk to a vibrant downtown. Lots to see and do in GJ!

The ‘Downtown Cottage’ was a delight from the minute we opened the door. The colors were quite pleasing and there was plenty of room for four adults to move around in. Each bedroom having its own bathroom plus an extra 1/2 bath made getting ready in the morning super easy. Being so close to everything was fantastic. Would gladly recommend and stay there again ourselves!
