Loved the balcony. The underground parking was very convenient.

I loved the apartment's location and authenticity- it really gives you a glimpse of everyday life in Tenerife. Not touristy, a real quiet street where you meet the neighbors and can enjoy a mountain view from the balcony. Within walking distance from shops, restaurants, and seaside promenade, a swimming beach, and multiple outdoor gyms. BIG bonus points for drinking water tap in the kitchen, spacious breakfast counter, a large selection of beach toys, and parking space in garage.

I wish the beds were a bit softer and the second bedroom was quite small. Ok for our family though.

Location was great, self catering everything was provided to cook for ourselves.

Very clean. lovely terrace. well equipped and confortable. Nice area and near the sea. Also really helpful to have the basics such as salt, pepper, oil and coffee and beach towels. No need to purchase plastic bottled water as there is filtered water.

just to note there is an empty plot behind the property where they were surveying for development.

location is great, really Nice appartemento. everthing you need is availible. Appartement is spaces. We really wanted to stayed longer.

Extremely clean apartment, everything is new, plenty of hot water with pressure, good situation and short walking distance to typical good value restaurants and supermarket. You have to walk about 3 minutes to get to the sea avenue

The terrace is not that big but enough to have a breakfast

Superfriendly host, lots of space, nice and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!
