We loved the value of this rental. Home was clean and a short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool as well.

This home definitely needs some updating. It is definitely the most dated home on the street from the outside. Furnishing are outdated as well (which is likely why is is cheaper).

That the parking wasn’t as stated, had to park vehicles elsewhere due to the lack of space and the garage doors not opening. There was no broom in the unit to sweep up looked everywhere there were only mops so did what we could with one.

The location can’t be beat. It is close to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. There were tons of beds, bathrooms and areas to relax.

The house needs some repairs like missing light switch dials, rotting balcony chairs in the back, and water damage inside and out. But nothing that we couldn’t work with. Also strange that the cleaners didn’t provide any dish washing liquid with a full kitchen.

Lots of sleeping room. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Fully equipped home.

Needs a little upkeep and maintenance.
