The room we stayed the executive family room for 4 person was big with 2 double bed. The room was spacious enough with nice view of city. Basic amenities was provided.

The towels were dingy old and not really clean. Towels should be changed to clean white towel by now. Same with bed sheet and pillow cases. Really old and looks dirty. Should be changed to white and clean bed sheets. Toilet was small with door very near to toilet bowl make it hard to close. Only 2 tv channels available. Staff should advice guest to buy parking coupon to avoid getting summon for car parked during weekdays. Dont think i will stay here on next visit to Langkawi.

We love Langkawi, and if given the chance to go back again, we will. The location is nice, just a minute's walk from Maha Tower and a few kilometers from Dataran Lang. 

The room is very small, and the carpet is so stained and sticky that I don't even want to walk on it without slippers on. We also saw a hidden door behind our wardrobe cabinet, which we don't have access to, which scares me a little, to be honest.

We liked our stay. Ben is so friendly and was really helpful and gave us good recommendations about places to visit, we loved it! Thanks to him we felt welcomed and had a pleasant stay in this hotel. About the room, it can be a little bit cleaner and fridge in the room would be good, but it's not critical.

Price is attractive, location is good if you going to cruise or diving, the jetty is near by. room & toilet are clean. good to have a room with window. Its a new building area.

no much food choices nearby, only oldtown restaurant below building. Have to make a big U-turn due to one way route in this area.
