Had a great time in Winter Park with our family of 20. There were beds for everyone and enough space for everyone without being in each others way. Kitchen well supplied. Nice view of mountains from deck. Plenty of parking. Swati was prompt in getting back to us on any questions or problems. Plenty of variety of things to do in Winter Park and surrounding areas. 10 of our group was the first time in Colorado so it was a special time for all!

15 of us stayed in this house and had plenty of room. The basement is huge and it was fun to watch basketball games on the large TV. I do wish the upstairs living area was larger but we made it work. The property is beautiful and an easy drive to WP. Side note: Our cars have 4 wheel drive and snow tires so we were able to make it into the neighborhood. The plows came on Saturday but Friday evening was quite a challenge. Make sure your cars are snow ready!

This property was wonderful! Even in preparation for the trip, Swati was quick to answer all of my questions. The house and property is beautiful, and the hot tub was a popular spot for everyone! Only complaint was all of the doors left a draft in the area, making it a little colder. Other than that it was amazing! Thank you for everything!

The house was fantastic and had great accommodations for our family. We hosted with 3 other family and friends and everyone had space. The owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. The bunk room was awesome for the kids! We felt there was plenty of space for our 4 familes. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathrooms. But beyond that great home. Would highly recommend and look towards staying again.

Great house. Can fit many with lots of beds. A bit of a problem with the number of bathrooms but it’s doable. . Very clean, kitchen is extremely well stocked, even has essentials left over from other renters. Property is private, and comfortable. Host was always available.

This was a great space for our group of 10 celebrating a 50th birthday! A few things could be improved (better lighting in down stairs bathroom and propane for the grills) but otherwise we were very impressed with how everything you could want or need was there. Great Mountain Retreat for Large Groups
We had an awesome weekend at this house located in Fraser. The home was extremely close to town to enjoy all Winter Park/Fraser have to offer. It comfortably fit a large group which included young children. Hot tub fit plenty of people and experienced no issues. The host is extremely responsive as well!

We enjoyed staying at Swati's home. The beds are very comfortable, the deck was an awesome place to grill and hang out with friends. The hot tub was clean and loved by all. We couldn't be happier with our stay!

Perfect mountain house
The location and property could not have been better. We had a reunion with my parents, all my siblings, and our kids. We all fit comfortably, had enough space to find a place to hang out while young kids were sleeping, and just had a ball. The views while taking a walk around the neighborhood were incredible, and it was such a short drive to winter park resort for the day we hung out there. (There’s even a grocery store right down the street!) We spent almost a whole day having a shuffleboard tournament in the basement when the rain cancelled our hike.
Swati was quick to respond to any questions we had, the house was clean and well stocked- really everything about staying here went smoothly. If you love spending time in the Rockies, I highly recommend staying here!

Family reunion
The location was very good. Hse very adequate for our family of 11 adults and 2 children. The smoke detectors were outdated and went off. Maybe a little more cleaning would have been nice, wood floor was quite dirty, the grill we had to clean before we could use it and the table on the patio had to be cleaned before we could use it. Very well equipped with most anything you could need. Hot tub was very nice. We had a medical emergency and had to leave early was our only regret. We had to call the host and he responded immediately, we arrived 1 hr. Early and they let us go in ahead of time.

Amazing house, amazing hosts, just needs some maintenance
AMAZING HOUSE. Checking in with Swati was a pice of cake and the hosts look like amazing people. The only inconveniences we had were, 1) the BBQ grills were all rusty or really dirty, had to use a smaller spare one in the garage that was dusty. 2) The heating for the basement didn't work properly, fortunately there were a couple small heaters downstairs that helped but there were not enough for heating all the rooms at the same time. 3) The bathroom of the bunk beds was falling apart. Some maintenance should do the trick. BUT ON THE PLUS SIDE! The kitchen was staffed with plenty of ingredients, the hot tub was just perfect and the cinema was amazing! Thank you Swati for accommodating all of our requests, not a single one was left unanswered!

We enjoyed this property and it was perfect for us online but when we got there, we didn't know that with one of the ro pool ms you have to walk through another to get to it, but we made it work. The rental experience was great and the communication was fantastic. Thanks for the opportunity.

Great Holiday in Fraser
We traveled to Fraser with 5 families and 19 people. This house was very spacious and fit our extended family perfectly. We had a couple of questions both before and after booking and Swati always responded very quickly. The traveled with 2 wheel drive vehicles and had a little bit of trouble getting out of the driveway, due to the slope and packed snow, but we figured it out. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house!

Winter Park Family Christmas Vacation
Our family had a great Christmas vacation at this property. We had 11 adults and 5 children. The location is so convenient to Winter Park, the Safeway, and Fraser tubing hill. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. I imagine a summer vacation would be as equally enjoyable.

The front door did not latch and felt like it was goingto fall off. The back door did not lock. The upstairs shower head needs to be tightened. Overall the property is okay. Plenty of room. Everything you need is there. Well supplied kitchen.

Great House - More like 6.5BR Though
We rented the house for a large family thanksgiving with not my wife’s and my family. Overall it was great - all the amenities you could need and Swati was just a text message away if needed. Only complaints: 1) the 7th bedroom is only accessed through the 6th bedroom. So people staying in it have to walk through another bedroom to get to common areas or the bathroom. For us that meant my brother and his girlfriend had to walk through our bedroom where our 6wk old daughter was sleeping. It also means there are three bedrooms (Totaling 4 queen beds) sharing one Jack and Jill bathroom. The main common room and kitchen is also quite small when you consider this is a house with beds for 23 ppl. All of that said, this would be an amazing ski house for a large group. Easy acces to winter park, great hot tub, and the driveway had plow service for powder days. All in all, we had a great time.

The house was a great size, and it was a lot of fun. Somethings needs to be updated just a bit (like the coffee pots), and it was a little farther way from the Main Street than I thought. Overall, I recommend this house for people. Thank you!

Awesome house!
The house is beautiful and spacious! Close to town but out enough to enjoy the nature of the Rocky Mountains! We saw mule deer in the backyard and heard the elk calling at night! Beautiful view of the mountains from several areas of the house and yard! Definitely would rent again and recommend!!

Excellent place to stay!
This was a perfect place to stay, we had a mix of adults and kids. Everyone loved the house, the view, the hot tub and bunk room for the kids. Everything was clean, plenty of towels and all the amenities you need. The location is excellent, you are minutes from stores, restaurants and trails. The deck was beautiful and the perfect spot to relax on. The host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions. This is a great place to getaway with family & friends. I would highly recommend it.

Great location, great home for large families, responsive owner!
We highly recommend this home, especially for large groups and those with well-behaved pets. The home is well stocked with all you need, and the owner is super responsive to any questions/issues. The location is great for skiing at Winter Park or for hiking trails nearby, on a large wooded lot that lets you enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We appreciated the clearly written instructions/manual provided for us--very helpful.
The set up of the bedrooms was not obvious from the description, so here it is: master bedroom/bath on main level; two king bedrooms with jack and jill bathroom in between + bonus room with 2 queen beds attached to one of the kings on upper level (no windows, so very dark and quiet for little ones); two queen bedrooms with hall bathroom + bunkroom with attached bathroom (has a bathtub) on lower level. Was a bit chilly on the lower level, but the owner has provided space heaters until heat can be installed at some point. Two port-a-cribs and one highchair provided.
Don't hesitate to book here if it fits what you need. Owners are great to work with!

We had 12 adults and 3 kids stay very comfortably. The home is stocked with plenty of dishes & supplies. Owners were very kind & helpful with any questions we had. Only 10 minutes from Winter Park ski resort!!

Perfect for a holiday get away.
We had 4 families meet here to celebrate Thanksgiving and it was perfect. The house was suited perfectly for 10 adults and 7 kids. The owners went out of their way to make sure we would have everything that we needed for preparing out Thanksgiving dinner as well as a great stay in CO. They had sleds and toys for the kids to take advantage of the hill down the street. The theatre downstairs was perfect for all of the football we watched and the kids used it for playing video games when they weren't out hiking and playing in the snow around the house. We would give more stars if it was possible.
