The WIFI was pretty much unusable, this wasnt a massive problem as there was a good 4G signal. The walk into Gordes was a lot further than we anticipated. This is no reflection on the hosts description we just didnt do our research.

It was one of our most memorable stays at Annie’s cottage which she refers to as her paradise. We spent 5 nights at La Galejade. We walked into a cute little cottage. It was great for the two of us. The cottage met our needs as we were looking for a quiet, peaceful, farmhouse stay. Cottage was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The kitchen has all the utensils. We cooked dinner few nights. The bathroom is basic but good and has all the amenities. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner. We were working from the cottage in the evening and Annie had shared with us that wifi was not strong. Upon arrival my husband figured out a way to get the internet to work. We needed a large extension cord which Annie graciously offered from her house and made sure we got what we needed. The outdoor seating is the highlight. Its so relaxing. Annie checked with us every day to ensure we were comfortable. The location is perfect. Every day we went to a new village for lunch. Most all villages are within 10-15 min driving distance. Annie gave us great restaurant recommendations. La Terrace in Joucas was superb. We went there twice. We connected and bonded very well with Annie and Patrick and they invited us over for dinner. Annie and Patrick were very kind, generous and extremely affectionate and opened their house to us. We didn’t speak french, Patrick didn’t speak english and with my broken french we spent hours chatting and we understood each other. We had our last drink at Annie and Patrick’s house. It was a bit emotional as I felt we knew them for a long time. We were touched by the love and care Annie offered. We felt like home and with family. La Petit Galejade is home away from home. We left our heart at Annie’s cottage. We will return soon. Miss you Annie

The first impression once you arrived is how lovely everything is decorated and how nice is the location in The Valley with views to beautiful Gordes. You will find anything you need and the bed is very comfortable. Small details as fresh flowers, eggs from the farm for breakfast, chocolates, are prepared to welcome you. The small terrace outside for having breakfast under the sun make you feel in paradise. Views are astonishing. The friendly welcome from the owners and their warm attention cannot be describe with words. They are so friendly that they make you feel as family and will provide anything you need. We brought a dog with us and the we feel very relaxed, with plenty of space for a walk. In summary, the stay was perfect and way better than our expectation. Thank you very much Anne and Patrick

We found it difficult to find the location, but we phoned Annie who came to rescue us and lead us to La Galejade! The perfect hosts! Nothing is too much trouble for them! We loved everything and hope SO MUCH to go again. The cleanliness and attention to detail for comfort and cooking was superb! (Although, I'm not sure about the little red mirror that made my wrinkles look worse! - only joking!) I would HIGHLY recommend this wonderful place to anyone who likes a little bit of heaven, simplicity, and glorious peace. Proximity to beautiful Gordes is an added bonus, with fab restaurants, scenery, history, and very cheery people. An unexpected but essential visit to the Medical Centre was also excellent.... Dr. Stephane was caring and his English was a great relief for our worried relatives. ( For anyone who should encounter a health problem, his consultation and prescription cost only 40 E) A 100% perfect visit! THANK YOU, Annie and Patrick ! (and hugs to Fifi, Zsa Zsa and Next One!)
