I was charged twice for my booking and until now have not received the refund. My credit card was charged and they also asked me to pat onsite. Whoever is planning to stay there, please be careful.

Location was easy to reach, just nearby the station, a grocery is also nearby. There's a fridge and aircondition that works pretty good.

The staff. The guy we have talked with on the phone seems to be nice. But the lady in the property itself was very rude. She was not friendly at all, plus can't speak any english. Welcomed us with a very rude attitude, even upon checking out she was still the same. Made us feel like a burden instead of a guest. On the site it says free parking, but actually it is free public parking (on the street) outside the property.

Nice wall paintings, clean, airconditioning (as it was very hot), fridge and coffee machine in room. Nice restaurants and gelato bar nearby.

We could not really communicate with our hostess, as she could not speak English (and not even Italian). Breakfast should be included, but was only one prepackaged brioche per person, which was in the room. The car cannot be parked safely, was parked on a nearby parking place and was broken into. As a result of that almost all our luggage (mainly clothing for 6 people) was stolen. We were on transit to Tuscany and were really upset by that.

The thing would work was rude, handed me the messy room, then asked me to leave so she could clean it up rough. During the week, I'd turn on a tall son when I was doing the cleaning. An unnecessary order. For several days my room wasn't cleaned
