Sweet Caroline was a wonderful place for 5 adults to stay while enjoying the Disney World experience. It was nice to come home to a hot tub and swimming pool to relax after a long day at one of the Disney Parks. We also found it was easier to Uber to and from Disney each day from this location. They drop and pick you up at the front of the parking lot.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was lovely, well equipped, very clean and extremely close to Disney World. Our family was especially happy with the pool and enjoyed the game room. We would all recommend this vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay.

We had a wonderful stay. House is beautifully maintained, clean and stocked very well. Beds are super comfortable. Loved having the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again.

House is beautiful and 5 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and a pool worked great. Hosts were very helpful in answering our many questions.
House is within 10’ish minutes of the 4 Disney Parks, and many stores & restaurants really close by.
Next time we go to Disney, we will definitely stay here again.

We were a party of seven, consisting of grandparents, children and grandkids. The layout of the house gave us each our own space and we were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean as was the pool area. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was smooth sailing. The play area at the community as well as the pool and water park were awesome and the kids had a great time. Easy commute to the parks and the Walmart is a right down the street. Artie was easy to work with and I would highly recommend this home for your Disney experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Artie was wonderful to deal with and very detailed and accurate with all of the information he provided. The home is very spacious and is equipped with everything you would need to stay and enjoy cooking, grilling, swimming and relaxing with friends and family. The teens loved the pool and spa and made great use of the game room. There is plenty to do at the house or you can walk down to the main pool which is a lot of fun. Our kids enjoyed walking down there and getting snacks at the store as well. The house was clean and had more than enough sheets, towels, linens etc. The Wi-Fi was strong in every room and worked well throughout the property, which was important to us because we have a disabled son who really realize on the Internet. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay off property when visiting the theme parks in Orlando!

This house has plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children, 5 bathrooms, heated pool and spa, within easy driving distance of all Disney parks, outlets, supermarkets, anything you need.
The house is very well equipped - games equipment and room, plenty of cooking facilities, really there was nothing else we needed.
Also a good base for a drive to Kennedy Space Centre and The Everglades Airboat rides.
Perfect base for an extended family holiday.

One of the nicest homes we have stayed in! Kitchen was well furnished with nice Farber cookware. Plenty of beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. The house even had two decorated Christmas trees. The lights all worked, there were working batteries in all the remotes! The game room had extra air hockey discs. Extra balls for fooseball and good pool Qs. We had plenty of room for our family of 10.

We had 10 people with 4 kids and everything we needed we had. The pool and hot tub worked properly compared to other places we've stayed. Game room was nice, everyone had a blast. Even the community pool and amenities were really nice. We would definitely recommend and hope to go back again soon. Thanks Artie!

This house was perfect for what we needed. The hosts were amazing at getting back to me with any questions that I had, even the obvious ones. Everything we needed was provided. An abundance amount of towels, blankets extra pillows and sheets were there. I really appreciated all the little extras this house had. Like an air flyer and Tupperware for leftovers. Even some ice packs were in the freezer. I have stayed at several vacation rentals over the years and just having the “extras” is such a huge help that I didn’t realize until this trip. I would highly recommend this property anyone and will be staying there again next year.

Spotlessly clean, great facilities, lovely pool area, excellent games room and laundry room. Comfortable beds, an abundance of bath towels and pool towels.
Perfect location for Disney, 7 miles, always less than 20 minutes.

This was our 3rd visit to Florida and Artie & Carrie’s house was by far the best holiday property we have stayed in. The house is really spacious and the aircon and pool were a blessing given it was close to 100 degrees most days! Our daughters (13 & 15) loved having their own room and bathroom, together with plentiful TVs! Beds were really comfy too.
Kitchen is very well supplied with everything you could need, and great having the American fridge for ice on demand.
A great base close to the parks with supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away.
Checkin was easy, and it was great that bins are emptied every morning. We also made use of the gym facilities in the clubhouse, though not the aqua park as it is more aimed at younger children and families, and ours just loved the pool and spa tub, which is a great size.

We loved everything about the house and our stay. The check in process went without a glitch for us and our guests for dinner one night. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean as well as the facilities at the community/resort pool area. The kids loved the splash pads! Great place to spend a down day, when you aren’t going to the parks!
This home has all the amenities needed for a weeks stay. The lanai with the pool and hot tub were a welcome relief after a day in the park.
Our host was great and quick to get respond with any questions!
The location of this home is ideal for Disney parks and Universal Studios! I would highly recommend this home in the Windsor Hill Community!

There are so many things we enjoyed about our stay. The main thing was space! I have 4 adult and teenage kids. They like to have their own space. Each of them had their own room and bathroom in this house. I also loved early mornings enjoying the hot tub and pool before hitting the parks. The location is also very close to the parks. Even though traffic can build a bit at certain times, it was still always a quick ride. Lastly, Artie was great! I have rented quite a few homes and he was the most attentive host. I would not hesitate to rent this house again!

Artie’s place is a fantastic home for families! We have stayed in Windsor Hills several times, but this was the best home we’ve stayed at so far. Very clean & organized, comfortable, great communication from the host and all the small details handled so that our trip went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family enjoyed this vacation home!! The owners are very organized and communicate throughout the entire process, making it low stress. The home is in excellent condition and stocked with everything you need. The location can't be beat- 12 minutes from Disney and tons of restaurants around. Thank you for adding the extra pixie dust to our stay by providing such a well maintained property- we had a very magical week!

This property is a great place to stay with family members. Lots of household items in the house and close to shopping and Disney. We heard Disney fireworks every night at 9 pm. Loved the pool and hot tub to relax in at the end of our Disney days. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Artie’s house. It was very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the pool and game room were well used by the kids. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. We easily had many grocery orders delivered to the house with no issues. It was a great location and less than 20 minutes to each park in the morning. The Windsor Hills community pool and area were very family friendly and kids loved the slides and pool planned activities. We will definitely recommend Artie’s house to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay!

All was great with the house, beautiful place and we loved the hot tub and pool. My only minor/small/tiny complaint is that facility/neighborhood security is very strict and doesn't allow more then 3 cars in the driveway as no parking on street. We just wanted to have another family member over and it was like pulling teeth to get her into the complex. Otherwise, I would stay again in the house in a heartbeat.
