Amazing first vacation
The place was very clean and very well put together. Almost felt like a home away from home. She was very friendly and helpful. The outside garden is stunning. Perfect rating from me. We will definitely return for another stay.

Nice, relaxing, and close to stuff in city!
Lynn and Patti were awesome hosts. Couldn’t ask for friendlier people! Will definitely stay with them again. Place was very clean and well stocked with toiletries as well.

This is our first VRBO accommodation. Our experience was greatly enhanced by the owner’s attentiveness! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space and the kindness they showed our dog Maggie.

We (and our Golden Retriever) spent 2 weeks in Lynn & Patti’s cottage. It was very comfortable & quiet. We enjoy walking and we’re able to walk to the River Walk/Armature Market from this location. This is our first VRBO accommodation. Our experience was greatly enhanced by the owner’s attentiveness! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space and the kindness they showed our dog Maggie.

Slice of heaven
After arriving and seeing how beautiful it was we decided to extend our stay 1 more day and the ladies were super accommodating and happy to extend our stay. It was all we could have asked for. Lynn and Patty were so amazing. Gave us great tips and good advice. The cottage was clean and fully equipped for all your needs. From beach towels and chairs you need to all the personal hygiene u may need for yourself. The garden was beautiful that had an outside bath and shower... it was amazing. We are already planning our next trip here!! Thank you ladies for making us feel right at home!!!! We couldn't have asked for better hosts or place to stay!!!

A wonderful and charming getaway.
My wife and I arived in Mid-February exausted from a worse than average Chicago winter and the ongoing COVID crisis. We returned rested and refreshed and ready to face the world again. The artistic design and decoration of the room, yard and deck were beautiful and amazing. Also, the local travel tips that Lynn gave us were the highlight of the trip. They allowed us to travel with our dog Merlin. We recently adopted him and God knows what putting him in a pet facility for three weeks would have done to his little heart. We were already pleased but upon staying in the small room, dirty and noisy motels on the way back to Chicago (which were about the same price) were are even more pleased with Lynn and Patti's hosting.

A Tampa gem!
This was such a wonderful place to stay. Lynn and Patrice are such amazing host, their little space made me feel right at home while on my travel nurse assignment here at Tampa General hospital. Next time I’m in Tampa I’ll definitely be staying for here for vacation. Wonderful people and home I’m sad to be leaving.

Lynn couldn’t have been nicer or easier to communicate with. This is a great property in a beautiful neighborhood, easily walkable, close to coffee and restaurants. Lynn made the stay just lovely!

The cottage was a perfect peaceful rest area in the middle of everything Tampa! Beautiful beach within an hour and the fun activities the city of Tampa offers. Lynn was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our quick trip the best possible. We will be back and recommend to all planning a trip to the Tampa area.

The cottage was a perfect peaceful rest area in the middle of everything Tampa! Beautiful beach within an hour and the fun activities the city of Tampa offers. Thanks to Ms Lynn + Ms Patti, our stay in Tampa was the next best thing to being Home ! Arrived ahead of a hurricane, but we were welcomed enthusiastically. Location is amazing, 5 minutes from EVERYWHERE, easy access in + out. Quiet seclusion when desired, ample outdoor space for late-nite chill, as well as friendly environs for neighborhood dogwalking.
Cannot wait to come back. Thanks y'all !!

Thanks to Ms Lynn + Ms Patti, our stay in Tampa was the next best thing to being Home ! Arrived ahead of a hurricane, but we were welcomed enthusiastically. All the plants, artwork, fountains & gnome fairies make it unique& interesting. The bed was spaciuos & comfortable as heck!!! Slept so well... The very best part of our stay was the outside bath/shower area- super inviting and one of a kind. It was such a neat experience to bathe in bubbles and salts next to crystals being charged by good natural energy. Will visit again! And will be telling about my wonderful visit to whoever needs a great retreat.

Lynn and Patty were the most generous hosts. We loved our apartment which had all the amenities and the bed was very comfy. Look forward to visiting again some day.

Super Cute
This property was perfect for our week stay.
My husband was there on business during the week and I was able to easily work from the room during the day. The location was perfect for night life, dinner, and shopping. We went to the beach one day and were able to take beach chairs that are available for use. Our hosts were excellent. They were friendly and provided us with many recommendations for dinner, etc. Will absolutely stay again.

Ah May Zing!!
This is the best home away from home ever! I was down for business but this was the best vacation I've had in a really long time. The hostesses are friendly and fabulous! They.made sure I had everything I needed. Privacy included. I would never stay anywhere else when I travel to this area. Oh! And the outside shower is a must!❤ this place!
