Easy to find great parking easy access to property

It was a nice space at the top of the building, with views in most directions. It was very handy for the station - about 10 mins' walk and you could walk along the canal which was more pleasant than the main road. We happened to bump into the host, who was friendly and welcoming. We felt very at home. We appreciated a pint of milk being left in the fridge for us. We also like the commitment to recycling shown by the venue.

A hook on the wall in the bathroom by the shower cabinet would have been really useful. The tv was on a strange system where some of the channels were missing (Freeview channels) so it leapt straight from e.g. 10 to 13. This wasn't a huge problem as we didn't really watch much but we couldn't understand it.

Communal areas need attention

A good looking building and very easy to find,with views over the valleys of Stroud, We stayed two nights in apartment 12 on the top floor it has a comfortable super king size bed and large living room area, the kitchen was well equipped and in all a quiet room. The sofa was comfortable for just two people but the metal folding table and chairs was not what i was expecting from an advertised Superior apartment

There wasn't any scissors in the kitchen to open any packages brought in or a mixing bowl to mix up scrambled eggs also the bathroom was a little small considering the size of the apartment approx 4ftx5ft. The ceiling extractor didn't seem to be working or if it was, it was extremly quiet.The shower door opening was only about 18inches wide i had to squeeze in sideways so anybody with a larger disposition may not get into it The pillows were bit tired and lumpy a couple of additional ones would be useful

Great amenities and the property was sparkling clean. Breakfast items included, which was really kind. The key code worked well and I felt secure and safe inside the property. Good attention to recycling and all washing products and bathroom products of good quality.

Very poor night's sleep both nights because the pillows were lumpy and horrible. A real shame as everything else was fine. Why spoil an otherwise very positive experience for the cost of a couple of new pillows.

Room was nice, very well equipped and clean, with good lighting and very comfy bed. Plenty of parking and very easy to find. Hassle free checking in.

Extractor fan above the hob is connected to an extractor fan of the apartment below, when people cooked their food downstair I could hear their fan loudly in my room and SMELL THEIR COOKING ... I was shocked!

Apartment was well equipped . Milk, porridge and croissants were a nice welcome. Simon provided some excellent ideas on walks and places to go.

Entrance hall needs some updating. Plaster coming off the wall and scruffy carpet, which let the place down.

The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and well designed. Also, the workmanship of the décor and fittings etc. was very good. Inclusive off street parking was welcome. The booking and check in system is very easy to manage and there is no risk of lost keys.

We would have preferred there to be a shorter walk into town and/or a good pub/restaurant within a comfortable walking distance for people who do not regularly walk a long way. Having said that, we got more exercise than our normal regime would provide, so that is actually a plus.

Asked for ground floor rooms, got 1 on first floor and one on second floor. Bathroom was not clean.

Fantastic value for money. Excellent self check-in instructions. We had everything we needed and more besides. The apartment was comfortable and very well-equipped.

Sound carries from an adjacent apartment. We probably wouldn't have noticed except for our neighbour watching quiz shows on the telly at 4am.
