Wahnsinnig schöne Unterkunft, groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten anfangs kurz Schwierigkeiten mit einem vom Vermieter zugeschickten Link, haben aber umgehend über SMS Rückmeldung und Hilfe zu unserer Anfrage bekommen, das hat wirklich sehr gut geklappt. Der Pool und dazu gehörender Whirlpool werden von der umliegenden Nachbarschaft in dem Wohngebiet des Ferienhauses genutzt, werktags vormittag hatten wir den Pool aber fast ausschließlich für uns.

Es wäre super, wenn die Unterkunft ein bisschen näher am Zion NP liegen würde, wäre dann aber wahrscheinlich auch teurer... wenn man sich genug Zeit für die Fahrt einplant, ist das aber auch kein Problem. Sonst war alles hervorragend =)

We were given the wrong code to get into the house. Our flight was canceled and we did not get there until 2:00 AM Monday. Our friend had to take a shuttle and they left him at the house. When he tried the code given us it did not work. I made all the arrangements and we were on an airplane and he could not get in touch with us. His phone was without service and it was a MESS. It was several hours before he was in the house due to your mix up.

The booking did not show the master on the 2nd floor. My husband is 81 and it was difficult. The kitchen was BARE only a box of salt in the pantry. No spices, no sugar, no oil. Other homes we have booked there have always had things like that available. Water very hard and the PLASTIC wine glasses looked so fogged we hated to touch them. The temperature was controlled! 68 for low and 73 high. Have NEVER had that before! Also asked to remove our shoes before entering.

The facilities are nice. No issues accessing the facility with the keypads.

Dirty sock in the master bedroom. Filthy baby playpen in master closet. Master bathroom lightbulb out and shower not clean. Asked for a late checkout because 10:00 is really early. No one ever responded. In fact, I never spoke to anyone ever. While we were in the house sleeping someone came into the garage and put the garbage can on the street. They could just keep them on the street like most of the neighbors. It was just myself and my son. It made us feel unsafe.
