The cottage was perfect for us , had every thing you need clean and tidy

The cottage was clean, well furnished and very cosy.

Parking is a little tight but only a short walk away.

The location was a very short, but hilly, walk away from the main shopping and tourist area of Cheddar, and has very easy access to all amenities and walking routes around the gorge.

The only slight issue was with parking, but the arrangement with the local pub was more than satisfactory for all but dropping off and packing up luggage on arrival and departure.

perfect stay for a family. All home comforts provided for a trip away.

Cottage was really clean and well equipped and comfortable. Host left some goodies which was lovely of them.

The cottage would have got full mark's but you have to park your car in a pub down the road as no car park space, it's no joke when it's raining heavily. The other thing we couldn't get into the cottage until 5pm which compared with some we've been to is a little late especially when you've travelled for over 5 hours.

The property was in a wonderful location, with all amenities a short walk away & the cottage had everything we needed. Great local pub (gardeners arms)

The only thing that bothered us, was the bed was a little small in the main bedroom.

Lovely clean comfortable cottage in a central yet peaceful location. Just a short walk to all local attractions and amenities.

A super cute cottage in an ideal location only a 5 minute walk into cheddar gorge.

The hot water can be a bit temperamental.

The cottage overall and the location was very good. We had everything we needed in the cottage and the extra bits like proper coffee, shampoo and chocolate were lovely. The beds were comfy and the towels fluffy. We liked the utility space especially. Cheddar is also a lovely town - great for a weekend away.

Only thing was the children wanted a bath as the bath was a lovely shape - but we just couldn't get enough hot water for it. Utility space was really good - would be even better if utility space was fully enclosed instead of the two ventilation gaps.

Lovely little cottage in a quiet location tucked away from but within easy walking distance of the main village. Cottage was well equipped, clean and comfortable. No parking at the cottage but we parked easily in Silver Street and at the Gardeners Arms.

It would have been helpful to have a clothes airer and some indoor hooks for coats as we stayed in November.

Every thought has been given to equipping the cottage for a comfortable stay. It was good to have all those little extras that are so often missing, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Clean, comfortable and dog friendly and just a short walk down to the village. Will definitely be happy to book again.

Missed having a garden or terrace but not far for lovely walks.

Property was in a great location within the village a quick walk from restaurants, cafes and shops. Property was spacious and well equipped for a self catering stay. Rooms decorated well very light and airy but relaxed enough to feel comfortable. Property was very clean and tidy on arrival.

Loading and unloading the car on arrival was a little tricky as the property is on a narrow lane and there is no parking outside the cottage, but we easily found a parking space just down the road throughout the duration of our stay.

Great location, lovey kitchen & lounge with all the facilities you could what. Useful internal small courtyard area for walking boats/ wakeboards/ wetsuits etc.

No parking adjacent to property, but can park in the local pub(5 min walk) Mattress hard fir our liking.

We loved this delightful cottage. Well equipped, quaint and a great location. Excellent communication from owners and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic little cottage, in a really fabulous place, brilliant location for walkers, we had a really nice time everything u possible need is provided for, highly recommend the gardeners arms pub, and also the riverside restaurant is a great place to eat, definitely will be back to visit again ++++

Good pub, called the ‘Gardners’ down the road, within easy walking distance and excellent food.

No parking, also street where they said to park was very narrow

The Cottage was in a excellent position for visiting the Gorge everything in the cottage was excellent would not hesitate to recommend this property

The only bad thing was the car parking I had to park down birch close don’t think the residents was to impressed
