What a great place! We loved the location and the views of the river are amazing! The house was adorable, and it provides quick and easy access to just about everything! Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place to stay. Riverwalk is right outside your door along the Black Warrior River, which was really nice. Everyone in our group, loved breakfast @ the Broken Egg in the same complex. Convenient location for walking, too football stadium, but only if its not 90 degrees. Easy enough, we took uber to the game, but did walk back to the house at night.

Place is beautiful, well decorated and very well stocked. Location on meandering river was picturesque. Riverwalk right outside the door. Owner responded quickly at all times. We were worried about it being pet friendly because of allergies but it was so well cleaned we didn't have any issues. There are also two restaurants on site. Great place, only negative is that you will hear the people above you. You will hear the vehicles on the road, especially on the balcony and you will sometimes hear the people traveling the riverwalk.

We loved the river condos. Very peaceful and relaxing. Seeing the boats come through was such a treat. The crickets and frogs at night reminded me of my hometown. This place had everything we needed and more. Would buy it if it was for sale. That how much we loved it.

My family and I loved many things about the Land of Oz. This Condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked. I can not say enough about how fully stocked this Condo was. The Hosting management company provided plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, and garbage bags for our 4-night stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, silverware, cups, glasses, and baking ware. There was just about every small appliance you would possibly need. Tools were provided in case we decided to grill on the patio. What was incredibly nice was a highchair, and a step stool for our grandbabies was already in the unit. The Condo represented Alabama well in very subtle ways, from the color of the dishes and coffee cups to some pictures on the wall. I can not say enough about the view from the outside covered patio; that was serene, comfortable, and VERY spacious. We sat out there a lot. There are televisions in every bedroom, including the outdoor patio, with service provided through Xfinity. The Xfinity service allowed us to watch live TV without worrying about streaming from our devices or logging on to our streaming services, although that was an option also. The location was absolutely excellent and centrally located. This location is right above Another Broken Egg and the River. There is also a nail salon below the unit and a boutique and exercise business. It is right on the Riverwalk walking trail with a small playground for toddlers and seconds from being on the University of Alabama Campus, and minutes to the stadium. Additionally, there is an instruction book in the unit that explains everything you need to know about your stay in the unit. We hated to leave! I highly recommend this unit. Lastly, I can not say enough about the effective communication of the host. Effective communication is essential to ensure your needs will be met before, during, and after your stay. They are very responsive and have the best customer service ever!

The enormous outdoor space overlooking the Black Warrior River is incredible. We are able to host dinner for our son and his friends outside so comfortably. The place is beautifully decorated, the linens are A+ having the two outstanding restaurants right downstairs is fantastic! We will be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nice enough and in a great location, but Bama B&B property management is a total nuisance. The company manages dozens of properties in Tuscaloosa under the city's absurd and stupidly run short-term rental municipal guidelines. That said, Bama B&B adds insult to injury with their overwhelming process and annoying impositions. They cater to the homeowners, not the customers, and go out of their way to let you know "big brother" is watching you. The rules and regs, the imposing rental process itself (so many PDF forms to fill out and accept!!), and their attitude let you know they're here to make money and to protect the owners, not provide typical hospitality customer service. In their case, the customer is always presumed wrong. Like to rent a place and check out then leave? Not with Bama B&B. The list of things you must do to leave is about 20 steps long. You virtually must clean the place yourself. And as for cleaners, altho checkout was 11:00, they showed at 10:15 and hovered over us at the door for 45 mins as we packed and left. Crazy. Just get a hotel or rent a non-Bama B&B property. Youll enjoy it more.
