Large Two Story Home with TWO Master Bedrooms with attached full baths.
La casa dispone di DUE camere matrimoniali con letti king size e bagni completi annessi, una camera da letto matrimoniale aggiuntiva, una camera da letto matrimoniale, due camere da letto per bambini (una con due letti singoli e l'altra con 2 letti a castello). Tutte le camere sono al piano superiore tranne una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo sono al piano di sotto insieme alle aree comuni. Tutte le camere sono dotate di nuovi televisori a schermo piatto (via cavo e wifi inclusi) Al piano principale della casa, ci sono due comode zone soggiorno, ben arredate.
Il soggiorno principale ha una TV al plasma da 50 "con lettore DVD, stereo e lettore CD. La cucina è completamente attrezzata come il resto della casa e si affaccia sull'ampia terrazza della piscina.
C'è anche una lavanderia con lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro e pile di asciugamani da bagno e piscina extra. Il garage è stato trasformato in una sala giochi con un tavolo da air hockey, un tavolo da biliardo, un tavolo da pub e una zona relax.

House was just as we expected. Perfect size for our family of 14. If had everything that we needed. Hosts were very responsive. All amenities were wonderful (we didn’t use the grill) , Kids loved the house pool and hot tub well worth the extra to have it heated, Perfect location for Disney parks and Universal Studios. We will definitely go back!! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your home.

We did Disney World at Christmas Time. House was withing 15 min of the Disney parks we did. There is a Walmart near by that has everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Pools were great. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and the house came as advertised, very roomy and not cluttered, paid extra for the pool heat but it was worth it, grandkids were in the pool every night. We got a early check-in which was very helpful and there's a Wal-Mart about a mile down the road, traffic can be challenging so add about 15-30 minutes to and from the theme parks. We had temperatures in the mid 80's all week and the community amenities pool was cold until you got used to it but they have food, drink, workout room..... and it's very clean. The home owners give you a very informative Check In/Check Out procedure and their cell phone numbers if needed, we never had to call and we were extremely happy with the home.

Superb accomodations. Plenty of space for all. Everyone from the toddler, preteens, teenagers, young adults and couples enjoyed everyday immensely. Not one complaint.

Great stay at this Windsor Hills property. Check in instructions were helpful, the home was clean, and communication with the owners was prompt. Lots of space for our group to spread out, and extras that made the stay like being home, such as a stocked kitchen, pool towels, and starter supplies. We would stay here again if back in the Orlando area. Thank you.

We booked the home for our family reunion. Tons of space, clean, lots of towels (yay!) comfortable beds, tons of kitchen ware. The ground floor suite was perfect for grandparents. Plenty of toys, strollers, playpens if you’re travelling with toddlers (I’m happily past that stage!) Fun playroom with an extra full fridge for the adult bevs 😉 No problems at all, hosts accommodated an early check in which was great. Pool area is nice with no close rear neighbours. Lots of pool chairs, perfect hot tub temps/jets. We love Windsor Hills and have stayed in various properties throughout the community since 2010 and would book here again.

Our family of 10, with 7 adults and three children under age 5, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very comfortable, with great family room for lounging, and nice upstairs layout with ample bathrooms. This home has all the amenities you need, was super clean, well maintained and furnished. We appreciated the baby gates at the stairs. The short drive (literally 10-15 minutes) to the parks is so convenient and much easier than when our group had to use Disney bus transportation. The owners answered all our questions leading up to our stay and had good communication. Directions posted around the house were a plus. Check the supply list because you’ll need a run to the Wal-mart nearby (which is the biggest store I’ve ever seen) for some basics. Nice pool and spa, and community facilities. Great choice and well worth every penny.

The process for renting this property was very easy and I had no problems. All questions with host were answered in a very timely manner. The whole process went very smoothly and I will be recommending VRBO to my friends and family for their vacation rentals.

We loved it
It was a top stay. Wonderful spacious layout. Kitchen with all amenities, ideal sitting areas and lovely swimming pool. Beautiful spacious bedrooms. We really enjoyed it and the travel time to Disney is very limited. Really recommended!!!

(More than) what we needed!
We just returned from this beautiful home and are so glad we booked through Tiffany and Ryan! They were wonderful to work with. The pictures of this home and its description are just as advertised. The home was clean and obviously well cared for. There are extra bath towels and beach towels for the pool. The pool and spa were a highlight for our family. We paid to have it heated (1st week of April), and it was well worth it - wonderful, actually! The leather sofas in the family room that is right off of the patio/kitchen were so comfy! We all slept well (so the beds are great). Something else we appreciated was the extra large capacity washer and dryer! There was more than enough room for our family of 4 (we splurged after not having traveled for 2 years), but this home will easily accommodate larger groups/families traveling together. The location of Windsor Hills to all there is to do in and around Oraland can't be beat!

The property was GORGEOUS! We were a large group of 14 people and this house more than accommodated us. The property was clean and inviting, and the game room was so much fun for the kids. We were only 12 minutes from Disney which was wonderful. The owners are fantastic people,

Beautiful House & Great Location for Disney Travelers!!
The house is beautiful! It is spacious with lots of rooms and bathrooms. The pool is a great size and the hot tub was an added bonus. We loved the game room in the garage. The house is minutes away from Walmart and tons of great restaurants. We were there going to Disney World and it was about a 10 minute drive to the parks so we loved that it was so close. The only thing I would recommend is leaving a few extra rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels and laundry detergent for the guests depending on how long they stay. Not a big deal having to buy those things but not really something guests want to think about buying for a trip and pack with them when leaving. Overall a wonderful house and a great experience. I would definitely rent this house again!

Great property! Love that the space is kid-friendly! Great location! Loved it! Only complaint is that the pillows could be a bit better and some of the staples stocked, like toilet paper, dish washing liquid, hand soap, etc.

Families look no further!!
This property was perfect for our family vacation!! It minutes away from from all the attractions and shopping in the area. It is in a safely gated community. The property itself was very clean and has tons of room. Of course the pool and hot tub are great!!! We really felt at home staying here!! The communication with the owners was great! Anytime we had questions they were promptly answered!! We frequent Florida quite a bit and now going foward we will be looking no futher!! I highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a home away from home!!

Amazing stay
House was even nicer than the pictures show! Beautiful, spacious and clean! Extra towels and fans were needed and appreciated! Everyone in our group of 14 had more than enough space to be together and separate! We paid for the pool heat and spa for our entire stay and it was soo nice!! And hot! Beds are amazing, entire home feels welcoming!
The owners were very responsive and kind, even when texting late or in a rush! They definitely made the stay that much more amazing ! We definitely plan to book again! Thanks so much!

The house was great. One bedroom downstairs rest upstairs rest upstairs. Kitchen was good size. Very clean plenty of towels. Good size pool for the kids to play. 15-20 from Disney. Great neighborhood very safe.

5th stay
5th stay in this community. Each stay has been Awesome. Everyone love it. This is My first negative comment. The raccoons are terrible and high risk. I’ve never seen them before. They’re walking the streets and around the houses in packs 3 to 4. They’re at the front door and in the trash bins day and night. We had to catch & stop the kids from opening the door because one was standing present. The grounds keeper said it’s a big problem there. I know they all can’t be rid of but there should be an animal control to try and catch as many as possible before someone gets hurt.

Amazing Disney Vacation
I chose this property over others in the area because of the reviews I read on here. Traveling with multiple families and small children made cleanliness and amount of rooms the biggest factors for our vacation. From the beginning it was a pleasure to deal with Tiffany and Ryan. They always responded in less than 12 hours to any questions I had, typically in an hour or 2. Booking was a breeze and the directions they gave us on how to check in and find the house on day 1 were spot on. The house is very large, and extremely clean. It had more then enough room for our 6 adults and 2 kids. The house came with almost everything you would need including strollers, high chAirs, kids toys, and anything in the kitchen you would want. The community was spotless and the public pool was heated and very clean and fun. Everyone we came across was pleasant and the house was about a 12-15 minute ride to the magic kingdom area. We definitely will be staying here again. Thank you Ryan and Tiffany for making our accommodations a breeze and really being a big part of as my son says, The best day ever in the whole world. Our 5 day stay was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home
The house is everything as described. Lots of bedrooms, spacious, well stocked kitchen, and although we chose not to heat the pool because we were too busy to use it, the pool and hot tub were clean and made me want to go in it. The owners responded quickly to every question and the resort was outstanding. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent stay! Property was super clean. Ryan and Tiffany were incredibly fast with all communication.
House is perfect for a family trip to the Orlando area. We had 8 adults and 3 kids, and the house was more than big enough for our group. About 10 minutes to the Disney parks and 30 to Universal. Great location.

House was beyond expectations, beautiful!! Owners were great, texted several times to see how things were going. Check in was easy, community was beautiful - didn't use the club house.
House had everything, when we arrived house had enough soap, toliet paper and garbage bags to last a few days ...not sure if this occurs regularly or was left overs from previous guest ....Walmart minutes away, close to parks and tons of restaurants.

Almost perfect!
Great location. We had plenty of space for our group of 8 (4 adults + 4 kids). The kids loved the pool and amenities.
The only thing that annoyed me was that we had to purchase our own garbage bags. I believe they should supply at least one for every night you'll be staying.
I had the BBQ and they really need to update it. It was all rusted and dirty.
But for the rest WOW! Great place and great owners, would definitely go back. Cheers

Amazing Host - Great location
Having rented in Windsor Hills previously, I spent a few weeks trying to decide which villa to book
With a family holiday consisting of 3 generations ( 11 of us ) This villa ticked all the boxes .
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa and It was equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Tiffany and Ryan communication before, during and after was amazing, they followed up with us on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed .They even had a safe fitted when I enquired did they have one at the property.Thank you !
The kids loved the pool, air hockey and pool table in the games room ( so did the big kids)
Windsor Hills is a lovely family resort with lots of amenities, Gym, small convenience store ,a pirate themed play park, as well as a communal pool with water slides and splash pad., the villa is a short walk away.
The Location is fabulous - 10-20 min drive to disney parks and 30 to universal and a Walmart a few minutes drive away.
10am check out was a bit of a rush with the kids, we just about managed it but with back to back booking the villa needed to be ready for the next guests.
Once again a big thank you for sharing your home with us and for being amazing hosts

Wonderful for large/multiple families
Great house with private pool, air hockey, and pool. Spacious for all 13 of us - layout was perfect for multiple families. Kitchen well equipped with most everything you can think of, but bring your paper products and soaps. Location is fabulous - 10-20 min drive to disney parks and 30 to universal. Walmart (busy!) 5 min away. Lots of toys, gear, and strollers for the little ones. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Very relaxing
We went on a double family trip. Really enjoyed the house. The owner was awesome on responding to any questions or concerns. We def recommend staying here. We will stay again next trip.. thank yall
